The hotel is located on the northwest slope of the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. It is a 30-minute drive from the capital Castries and George F.L. Charles Airport, and Hewanorra International Airport is 90 minutes away. The establishment offers 275 m of beachfront access and comfortable accommodation in a total of 154 guest rooms. Guests will be greeted by a friendly staff in the spacious lobby and will be provided with the opportunity to choose between several restaurants. The suites reflect the real West Indian style. They are equipped with an iPod station and CD player, and guests can enjoy their favourite music, while watching the glorious St. Lucian sunsets from the large private balcony.

First solo trip
This was my first solo trip and the perfect place for it. From airport pick up and throughout my stay, the service was excellent and the team was welcoming. The other guests were also delightful and fun. The ITal Dinner was fantastic and a unique experience. Can’t wait to come again!
Coffee, smoothies, beach & activities
Great vacation. Morning & afternoon highlights were the coffee & smoothies. DILLON made the BEST coffees, and AMANDA created the MOST AMAZING smoothies. Will go back again for beach & activities.

10 night stay - third visit
This is my third time to BodyHoliday and it won't be my last. The hotel has a beautiful setting and with it being relatively small compared to other all-inclusives, everything is close. BodyHoliday has everything that you need from excellent, healthy and absolutely delicious food/drink choices, activities (fitness and water) and of course, the spa treatments. I honestly can't think of anything that is missing. I really enjoyed the morning walks to various viewpoints on the island. It was a great way to start my morning and it was an opportunity to talk to the bodyguards and other guests (if you chose to be sociable). I would also like to add that ALL staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was ready to assist in any way. At the restaurants and bars, you could order more or less anything. The rooms were very comfortable. Having a Nespresso machine/tea was also a welcomed treat to enjoy early in the am before the restaurants opened. My only comment in regards to room for improvement would be to have more drawer space in the rooms and redo the shower area. The shower area in our room was a bit "worn". Despite that, BodyHoliday is truly my favorite hotel. It has everything you could possibly need.

Outstanding stay in a stunning private cove. We’ll be back next year!
Our time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports and activities on offer was world-class. We played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few.
Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded our expectations and I’ve already told the manager we’ll be back next year. It was that good and absolute paradise.
A special shoutout to Ginger, who is the resident cat. We left a donation with management specifically designated for his veterinary care as he was limping. Looking forward to an update on his health.
Overall, it was a truly fantastic week. Thank you to everyone at BodyHoliday for an incredible trip. We’ll see you next year!
