The hotel is located on the northwest slope of the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. It is a 30-minute drive from the capital Castries and George F.L. Charles Airport, and Hewanorra International Airport is 90 minutes away. The establishment offers 275 m of beachfront access and comfortable accommodation in a total of 154 guest rooms. Guests will be greeted by a friendly staff in the spacious lobby and will be provided with the opportunity to choose between several restaurants. The suites reflect the real West Indian style. They are equipped with an iPod station and CD player, and guests can enjoy their favourite music, while watching the glorious St. Lucian sunsets from the large private balcony.

The greatest trip you will ever take
Our 4th restorative vacation at Body Holiday 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Our stay at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff (Christianne and Thaddeus) made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm, attentive service that continued throughout our entire vacation. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with lush tropical grounds, a pristine beach, and breathtaking ocean views that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What truly sets BodyHoliday apart is its unique combination of luxury, wellness (Lavonne, Chantel, Chandon and Nyla in the Cafe), and adventure. Whether participating in fitness classes (Dillon, Deano, Pauline, Mindy, Peterson), enjoying water sports, or simply unwinding by the beach (Rhaden, Alwick, Orlando for beach service), there was something for everyone. The included daily spa treatments (Fredricka, Leonie, Tamara spa reception) (massage therapists Celia, Irene, Charmaine, Natoya, Kendall, Albertha) were exceptional and added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious, fresh meals and a wide variety of healthy and indulgent options to suit every taste. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure guests had an unforgettable experience. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel cared for every step of the way. If you're looking for a vacation that leaves you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired, I cannot recommend BodyHoliday enough. It is the perfect destination to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of St. Lucia. We are already looking forward to returning!

Wonderful holiday - one day we will be back
A perfect holiday for us, all the staff were so friendly and always cheerful and welcoming. I am not naming any individual because everyone was so kind and cheerful. The same can be said for the other guests when we were there - everyone was friendly and polite to each other. We have made a few new friends. No children present so even more restful. What a change to life in the outside world! The rooms were always clean, our rooms were perfectly located; although no room seems that far from anywhere. We all partook in the classes available and loved our daily treatments. Our visit to the mud baths and waterfall was great fun and Marlon was a great guide. The only negative comment I can make is the journey from and back to the airport which was a bit longer than I had thought due to traffic but all worth it.

Can’t wait to visit again
This was my first time visiting St. Lucia, and I was traveling solo, so I was a bit nervous. However, the staff at BodyHoliday made me feel so comfortable right from the start. This resort offers the perfect balance of wellness, activity, relaxation, and fun. The highlights for me personally were the incredible daily spa treatments and the wide range of activities that were available - yoga, cycling, meditation, tennis, fitness classes, and more. I also appreciated how BodyHoliday is accommodating to solo travelers, couples, and families alike. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated that I had the flexibility to be as social or as isolated as I wanted to be. They encourage social activities without it feeling like pressure. The staff is also incredibly friendly, so I never felt “alone”. And lastly, the value is absolutely unbeatable. I am always a bit skeptical of the quality of food, drinks, rooms, etc. in all-inclusive resorts, but I was so impressed by the restaurants and bars. Not to mention, my room was very clean and quiet (even on the lower floor). Most people I met during my stay told me they had visited BodyHoliday multiple times and I can understand why. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future!!

Another wonderful trip.
Just back from another wonderful trip to The Body Holiday. This time we were a group of six (family and friends). Despite being a larger group, we were well accommodated at the restaurants and the beach. The concierge staff (Herman, Michael and a lovely lady whose name I forget) were as outstanding as ever. One member of our group had a tooth infection and they ensured she was seen promptly and arranged everything. Alwrick, Mo Mo and Yarrow ensured we wanted for nothing on the beach. Daniel put a smile on our faces at lunchtimes and on the boat. Amy, Alana, Darwin, Simon, Kareem and James at Tao - you guys are EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Lastly, JC, thank-you for brightening our trip as you always do.
