Our butlers: Charles, Garvin, Kyle - went above and beyond for us!
Private dinners, date night setups, the best dinner reservations, and they evem reserved us the best beach spots for us!
They were very punctual, professional, and always had great attitudes and vibes.
This was my first time at St Lucia, and at Sandals. I would highly recommend using these butlers specificity, they were awesome!
Below Sandals standard on food. Had multiple bad experiences and the service at, at least two of the restaurants was slow. At the buffet breakfast, since it is in a pavilion many goes were landing on the food and that should not be the case.
Ended up having to speak with the food and beverage manager and they gave us a beach front dinner and tried to make up for the poor experience. This was extremely kind, but the standard of quality we experienced at other Sandals locations was much better overall. We were glad we could go to Sandals Grande hotel because there the vibe was better and the food. I would not recommend this hotel. Hopefully they can make improvements considering people pay above average prices for a vacation to stay there.
A trip to La Toc definitely left much to be desired for a time we were suppose to be celebrating a special occasion.
The dining experience at Kimonos with Myers was fantastic! He was very skilled and a great time. He is the man!
Kimonos Chef Myers was the best! Make sure you ask for his table. It was a fun experience. Annekia was also an amazing server!
From the moment we got off of the plane until the moment we got back to the airport, we felt pampered by the staff and encouraged to relax and have fun. We were personally greeted at the resort with a singing welcome and we're whisked off to our rooms so that we could quickly change and head to the beach. Some people hesitate about this location because of the cliffs, but we really liked the ability to have a view that overlooked such a large area and the ability to find more secluded places. It was easy to forget everything on the outside world when so many people here were eager to make you happy. We made some wonderful new friends through the excursions, activities, and different dining experiences. We spotted the hotel manager on the first day simply by her elegance and a tentativeness to the details and activities going on around her. She very pleasantly spoke with us several times to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. There were so many employees that left strong impressions for their attention to detail and still at their jobs. At the concierge desk Saisha and Kishell frequently greeted us, set up our excursions and dining experiences and just made sure that everything was going perfectly. Alaina at The Pavilion knew that I was concerned about possible allergens and she checked in with me daily to make sure that I felt safe. She was so pleasant. Keith took care of us with our water sports activities and had a fun sense of humor. He played right along with our jokes and gave great advice. Poolside, Skye and Shondell made sure that we always had a drink in hand whenever we wanted it and shared fun casual conversation with us answering our questions. Martin, the DJ spun great tunes and kept us dancing. Twila, aka Twinkle Toes provided so many activity opportunities such as different pool games, dance moves, and entertainment. Entertainment. It was easy to feel a connection and to get involved with her. John and Cassandra were two of our favorite bartenders. They caught on very quickly to what hour our favorite drinks were and didn't hesitate to get creative when we asked for something new. Similarly, I didn't catch her name, but the woman that was running The Omelette stand knew exactly what we needed by the second day when we came up to see her. The entire resort was well cared for constantly being cleaned and improved, and everyone greeted us with a smile, a cheerful hello, or an offer to help. It made our stay very memorable.
