Great Spa
Just want to shout out a fabulous masseuse, Taniecia, for a wonderful treatment. I got the body scrub and massage combo and it was amazing. Taniecia has a calm demeanor which is extremely important when administering anti stress services. She gave attention to each of my problem areas, performed an amazing scalp massage and even gave my limbs a little stretch. I’ve had massages in many places that I’ve traveled to and I have to say that this is by far one of the best I’ve received in a long time and worth every penny. Great job Taniecia, keep up the great work.
Quiet luxury
I wanted a special place to stay for my birthday and I was not disappointed. I was wished ‘Happy Birthday’ for my entire stay everywhere on the grounds. From my arrival to my departure the staff consistently exceeded my expectations. Every department performed in the warmest way possible without pretense. I felt welcomed and celebrated at all times. My Jr suite was spacious and kept immaculate. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pools are beautiful. The lounging area on the cliff is dramatic especially during the sunset music sets. Simply put, it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! I can’t wait to return.

Excellent Experience!
I had a wonderful experience at The Cliffs Hotel. The staff were amazing. I would like to give special praise to Ronaldo. He was very helpful and polite from check-in to check-out. Keep up the good work.
One of the best boutique hotels in Jamaica
The Cliff Hotel is one of the best boutique hotels in Jamaica and certainly the best on the west end. The room I stayed in (101) had its own pool and an outdoor shower and it was massive!! And major props for making the room so modern and techy. Lots of cool gadgets. The property itself is gorgeous especially the pool a buy the cliffside and the restaurant has massive portions and the food was well prepared and seasoned right. I had no complaints . If you want entertainment or buzzing nightlife, Rick’s Cafe is 5 minutes away
