We have been to the Royalton Negril previously but did not stay on the Hideaway side We are so glad we did - the Royalton side was not for us as too noisy and full of loud Americans We did not think we would use the butler service but we did ! Melissa was the kindest person and happy to assist with anything Shantae decorated our room for my husband’s birthday beautifully ❤️🥰 They made sure we had a reserved table at the à la carte restaurants every night Beautiful location beach food we have another 3 nights and will happily return xx

George & Yonique Butler Team
We just vacationed at Royalton Negril- all inclusive Jamaica, and although they are still getting some things up and running, I will tell you that our Butler team, George, (a.k.a. Spider) and Yonique, (Team YG) were AMAZING and made the trip for us! They provided such exceptional service with their personal touches, professionalism, and truly White glove service. They would be the reason we would come back to this resort! If you are coming here, I recommend you ask for George and Yonique as your butler team!!! You will be simply amazed at the service they provide to you!!!!
Not something we wish to repeat
The hotel was not up to a 5 star experience as there were problems with the electric leading to problems with the AC no filter action in swim ups and the main diamond cub pool leading to bacteria in the water the only saving grace was our Butler Gregory who went out of his way to help us would give him 5 star plus
North Philly in the building
I like to give a shout out to Devonte the DJ from NorthPhilly in the building was the greatest DJ of all time

An unforgettable Royalton Experience
Our four-day family vacation at Royalton Negril was extremely fabulous! Our family of nine had a wonderful experience. The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and we felt the overall value of our stay was excellent. A special thank you to our amazing butlers, Kadeam, Roal and Justin who went above and beyond. Kadeam sent a morning message each morning letting us know he was on duty available if we need anything, and sharing the day schedule and entertainment. Each of them contributed whenever they were on duty, checked in on us, and handled our reservations with great care. They also made my parents 64th wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday extra special by preparing our suite and providing lovely cakes for our celebrations. We truly appreciate the kindness, dedication and exceptional service we received. Kadeam, Roal and Justin are a true asset to Royalton Negril and made our Royalton experience unforgettable.
