Royalton Negril.... BEAUTIFUL!!
The resort just recently re-opened, and the facility was awesome!! Jermaine (with some assistance from Orlando) was outstanding as our butler. We couldn't have asked for better service from him. The only issue we had was thata couple of the restaurants were a little slow and a couple of dinners were a little cold when served. Having said that, Jermaine went to bat for us, and the problem was solved. Also, I'd give the facility a little bit of a break as I do believe there were some growing pains as the hotel come back up to full service after the re-opening.
White Sand + Blue Waters + Awesome People = Relaxing Family Vacation
Reading the reviews in various Facebook groups had me concerned about coming to this resort. Boy, were all those reviews completely wrong. We had a wonderful time at the Royalton Negril. Was it perfect? No Was it delightful? Absolutely yes. The resort was clean. The staff was amazing and we simply did not want to leave. What made our stay so great? These folks:
Our butlers: Romaine & Dwight - They made our dinner reservations, adjusted them when needed, made sure our mini fridge was stocked (even with special requests), connected us with other staff that could help, brought umbrellas and walked us to dinner during a monsoon of a rainstorm, ensured our room has all the necessities very day, helped with check out, and generally just made sure we were very taken care of. Check out the photos for the surprise decorations in our room after dinner that Romaine left us. So pretty! So fun! So memorable!
The Vibe Team - Poomba - From trivia to dance offs to pool olympics, the DC pool was always hopping when Poomba was on deck. I miss his high energy already!
Our DC Beach Butler: Barbara - She took care of every drink request and every lunch order. And was always always smiling!
The DC Pool Bar: Trishelle, Britney, Deltonia....there were more but these three were awesome and again, delivery of strong drinks with a smile and often a song.
Beach Cabana - Anthony - We were fortunate to have a complimentary beach cabana for a day. Anthony had it totally stocked, brought us all the food, drinks, and snacks we needed.
The Restaurants: Kimberly in Grazie with the biggest pepper grinder ever seen, O'Brian in Armadillo with his wit and humor. Both just simply top notch service. I will say the food was ok. Armadillo was our favorite dinner. Order the nachos!
We also had spa services while we were there. Angela saved my toes and gave me a beautiful pedicure.
Overall, the room (2 bedroom presidential suite) was amazing. See photos for the view from 3307/8. The beach was beautiful. The people were amazing. I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back again. THANK YOU for a fabulous week in paradise!

Excellent Experience
Our stay at the Royalton Hideaway was a great experience overall. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the restaurants were fantastic. Special thanks to our butlers, Mel and Daron, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They also did a great job decorating our room for my wife’s birthday, which made the celebration extra special. The only feedback I would share is regarding an excursion we took on a party boat. The boat included children and dropped us off at the opposite end of the beach from where we were picked up, which was somewhat inconvenient. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the resort.

Jamaizing
We went for my sister's 40th. We felt like queens thanks to Orlando amd Jermaine. They did an amazing Job. Others atte resort were awesome and sweet as well. Lincoln the pool butler and Michael a server.
