The new beach front hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle is located at White Bay Beach in Falmouth, where you can enjoy a 24-hour All Inclusive service with your family, partner or Friends. Beautiful new resort with amazing staff
We had a fantastic stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle. The resort is still very new, so everything feels fresh, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The view from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous and one of the highlights of our stay.
We really liked the layout of the resort. It's compact, so everything is just a short walk away, including the pools, beach, water slides, restaurants, and bars. There are also designated smoking areas, which helps keep the rest of the resort pleasant for everyone.
The pools are great, although they could probably be a little bigger for a resort of this size. At times they felt quite crowded, but this wasn't the case all the time and we still really enjoyed them.
The staff truly made our stay special. The bartenders, servers, restaurant staff, kids' club team, and the entertainment crew were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always had a smile and created a fun atmosphere throughout the day.
The food was excellent. We tried every restaurant during our stay, and each one was very good. There was plenty of variety, and we looked forward to every meal.
It was quite windy while we were there, which meant bigger waves during the day, but we actually enjoyed it because it kept the temperature comfortable and made spending time outdoors even more pleasant.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel, especially to families and anyone looking for a modern all-inclusive resort with excellent service.

Riu Aquarelle completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the phenomenal service, gorgeous views, and wonderful energy of the people here.
What truly makes this resort special is the team:
- Bar Staff: Huge thanks to Che, Timoy, and Courtney—absolute masters behind the bar who brought amazing drinks and high energy every day.
- Housekeeping: Huge shout-out to Nikola on the cleaning crew for keeping everything spotless and comfortable.
- Buffet Staff: Thank you to all of the workers who cared for us and provided awesome music and a farewell song! Special thank you to Aaliyah!
- Photography: A special mention to Jevon on the concourse photography crew for capturing great memories and being fantastic to interact with.
The dining options were top-tier between the buffet and specialty restaurants, and the resort’s excursion planning made it completely effortless to get out and explore the area.
If you are on the fence about booking, do it. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back!

From the Welcome to the Water, a 10/10 Stay
From the moment I arrived at Hotel Riu Aquarelle, I felt welcomed. Danielle at reception was exceptionally kind and made check-in one of the smoothest I’ve had in a long time. Thank you also for my ocean view up grade, that I gladly paid for. She set the tone for the entire stay.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff brought genuine warmth to every interaction. Breakfast offered a beautiful mix of Jamaican favorites and plenty of other choices. Dinner was exquisite, the activities kept us entertained, and the beach was everything I hoped a Jamaican beach would be. The water was unbelievably clear.
I fell in love with this hotel. Thank you to Danielle and the entire Riu Aquarelle team for showing what outstanding hospitality feels like. My stay was a 10 out of 10.

A week in Paradise!!
had a weeks vacation at Aquarelle Sept 14-20, first time at the resort and i can say i'm very happy with my time there! food, drinks and entertainment were exceptional. i was very happy with there customer service! i upgraded to oceanfront and the view was amazing! Ill be back next year and Thankyou Riu!!

Great hotel
Hotel was absolutely amazing. I dont know how anyone could leave such poor reviews for this place. Everything was just exceptional from food, decor, location.
The staff work so hard and really look after you. We didn't want for anything the whole 10 nights we stayed. Entertainment team were just on another level. Special mention to Orlando, he really looked after us and checked in on us daily.
Rooms lovely and spacious with everything you could possibly need.
The only thing I would say is more umbrellas are needed around the pool area. That is the only negative I have.
Absolutely 100% would return here.
