Horrible experience
The customer service and hospitality from the staff was horrible. They were so rude and disrespectful especially at the buffet restaurants. They only give you a glass of water and they never ever come back to check on you or provide refills. The first day of our stay, someone stole my son’s Ray Ban meta glasses. Therefore, I refused housekeeping to enter, because I didn’t want anything else stolen. I’m very disappointed that I spent over 3,000.00 to stay there. Take my advice. If you go there, do not take anything valuable with you.

Great Service
My stay at the Ocean Coral Springs resort was nice. We had great experience and the service from staff who worked at the restaurants, our cleaning crew, and our bartenders.
I was the only one in my party who does not drink alcohol. The pool bartender Kerrol was always kind and made my virgin drinks whenever he saw me coming. He made them pretty and I didn’t have to wait. Highly recommend.
The only part I didn’t care for was the checkin process, and the booking of the airport shuttle. We had to pay anyway!
WORST RESORT AND STAFF- DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR
Despite being advertised and recommended as a 5 star resort, Ocean Coral Springs did not meet even basic service expectations. I would not rate this property above 2 stars based on the following serious concerns: • Extremely rude and unprofessional staff throughout the resort. • Rooms were not cleaned on time, and housekeeping standards were noticeably poor. • Security concerns arose when our in room safe showed multiple failed attempts to enter our code—attempts neither of us made. • Dining staff were consistently unfriendly, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere during meals. • The beach was in unacceptable condition, consisting of rocks and marsh rather than a usable shoreline. • Our bellman failed to arrive on time for checkout, causing unnecessary delays when we were expected downstairs. These issues collectively resulted in us counting down the days until we could return home, which is the exact opposite of what a vacation—especially one meant to celebrate an engagement—should be.

Wonderful Visit to Ocean Coral Spring
It was a wonderful experience going to Ocean Coral Spring for the first time, a lot of activities for the family especially children! The entertainment was good and food options were great. The grounds were kept clean through out the day and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and would be going again.
