had an amazing stay with my friends at the hideaway . lady Jaguar , adrian and the vibe team has been amazing the bar tenders Asanya, Sean, lehi, Zannai, anthoniel and the other bar tender l’s at hideaway were amazing after the vibe team activities. We do need the microphone the vibe and the energy wasn’t completele without it. we have been here one week and the vibe has been amazing just missing one touch and that’s the micro phone and authentic jamaican music
Party all day and all night!!
Zaria brings the fun with the vibe crew. Britnie and Picord taught us a new card game during a flash storm. Sunshine is great but the fun doesn’t stop with a few raindrops!!! Zanni so pleasant at the bar. Don’t even get me started about Tariq!!!! Navine at Calypso was above and beyond at breakfast. Keep bringing it Royalton!!!!

Great solo trip, Alexis and Willard are amazinggg!
I stayed at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters for my first solo trip to Jamaica and overall had a really great experience. I was nervous about traveling alone at first, but I felt comfortable throughout my stay and the staff were very welcoming.
I stayed Diamond Club and my butlers, Alexis and Willard, were definitely a highlight of my stay. They were both kind, attentive and easy to communicate with. They checked in on me, helped whenever I had questions or needed something, and made my first solo trip feel a lot easier. Thank you both for taking such good care of me!
The resort itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed the beach, pools and overall atmosphere. I also liked having access to both the Hideaway side and the rest of Royalton Blue Waters.
The food was probably the weakest part of the stay for me. It wasn’t terrible, but overall I found it pretty average and definitely enjoyed the food I had outside the resort more. Room service could also be pretty slow at times. Neither ruined my trip, but they’re areas I think could be improved.
Overall, I had an amazing time in Jamaica and was genuinely sad to leave. I spent a good amount of time exploring off the resort, and Hideaway was a beautiful and comfortable home base to come back to. I’d definitely consider staying again, and Alexis and Willard deserve a special shoutout for making my stay even better! 🇯🇲❤️

Can’t recommend enough - great location and hotel but the staff are amazing! Huge thanks especially to Lady Jaguar (Brittany), Mailie, Adrian, Steven, Nadine, Delroy, Audriana, Tamika, Imran, Travis all made trip really special We travelled with TUI and booked the Diamond package so had great butler service! Partner brought his kite too and conditions perfect. Great tip - don’t be scared of trying the local beach market just next door. No hard sells just warm and welcoming and you know the stall holders really appreciate you. You can just browse too but even a little purchase goes a long way.
