Excellence at EOB
We booked EOB after having a 10/10 experience on our honeymoon at Finest Punta Cana (excellence brand). We arrived through Club Mobay which we recommend and arrived through private transfer in no time from landing. We were greeted with top hospitality and our room we requested was ready. We were more by the EC level “upgraded” amenities in our room and the food quality and variety was subpar. Our only 10/10 dinner with 4 nights here was our 1st night at Zenith. The service, food, environment were incredible. Beaches and pool are not lacking in places to rest and relax with a view and the staff were wonderful with providing everything we needed and asked for. Would I come back, probably not. We preferred finest Punta Cana over EOB but with that said we had a wonderful relaxing enjoyable vacation.

Best resort to do it all and still recharge!
To risk sounding cheesy, this brand really lives up to its name. I had the absolute best experience at Excellence Oyster Bay. The people, the food, the location, the entertainment. All of it, was top notch.
Kasuli is the absolute best. You must do her stretching classes. Such a great way to start the day! Yoga with Brendan is another great day starter. Save time for pool volleyball with Chad, and try your luck at blackjack with Pretty Ricky. Kasuli makes your day complete with mud therapy and some tricky trivia. Really cannot say enough about the wonderful people at this resort. Will be back soon!!

Amazing Experience!
We had an amazing time, the resort is so beautiful!
I particularly want to highlight how amazing the front desk and reception is especially Sashiana! She was incredible and made our stay phenomenal and made sure we were well taken care of. Also our server Nicholas who was at Magna and Chez Isabelle was also amazing!!
Best “All Inclusive” in Jamaica
We have been to quite a few “All Inclusive” resorts across many islands and the Excellence Brand and our experience at Oyster Bay was one of the best in terms of service, food, atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to detail. There were so many staff members we interacted with throughout our stay and they were all helpful and attentive. Desreen (Magna waitress), The entire concierge team with Magna and Excellence Club beach were fantastic, the sweet ladies at Aroma Coffee were all wonderful, Tamika (Zenith Waitress), Jordan (Magna waiter), Rick and Kasuli (Magna Entertainment staff) were great too!
We HIGHLY recommend this resort for a very relaxing, quiet and enjoyable experience. You won’t be disappointed!!

The best Dry land experience
The very best hotel I've experienced in my adult life in Jamaica . The food was amazing at every restaurant and the no buffet concept encouraged us to be spontaneous every night which was definitely worth it . The cuisine was true , from tepanyaki to our own Jamaican food exceptional. Let's not forget what made the trip 10x more memorable ,the staff From Chandene and Shanice at the front desk who made it their personal duties the trip smooth and relaxing to the grounds men and waiters who made sure every single thing was in place . We will be back ,beautiful resort
