Baby moon
We went for our baby moon and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming ad remembered your name and preferences starting on day 2 of the stay. We will defiantly be back.
Best honeymoon ever!
My husband and I came for our honeymoon and we loved it!! Great resort, great people, and great food! We stayed in a beach house and it was perfect for us. We loved the location, the Bali bed right in front of the ocean, and the club level perks we got.

Where do I even begin, I am so happy we chose excellence oyster bay. We had the honeymoon roof top terrace suite and oh my god, amazing. We had excellence club, the only thing we really utilized was the late check out which was nice. The property is so beyond beautiful, the STAFF makes this place so excellent. The coffee shop open from 7-10 was top notch. We didn’t have a bad meal. Very very clean.
some staff members really made the trip what it was:
Tamayo in entertainment, Dana at the coffee shop, Anika in reception, Raniel at the grill, Ian at the pool, coco Chanille the boss lady in entertainment, Zodia at the spa. Although everyone we came in contact with was kind and great.
Finally the level of entertainment was perfect. There was nightly entertainment from 8-11 and pool entertainment everyday. It was the perfect amount not too crazy party and not boring. Best. Trip. Ever. :)
Excellent Trip overall. The beach and pools were fantastic.
Need some privacy for bathroom especially if travelling with other family members - 3 person in a room.
Quick peaceful getaway
Very clean, staff working around the clock to be sure the resort was well taken care of and it’s hard to believe a secret sting hurricane came through less then a year ago. Many staff assured your satisfaction throughout each event to resolve any concerns before they involved into problems. They take pride in your satisfaction. Excellence Club worth the upgrade.
