A truly Excellent getaway.
I had a great time here. Food and staff were excellent. The property was fantastic and the rooms were nice.
I only have a couple small negatives. 1- The room floor when we arrived was very dirty/sandy. They remedied it right away and gave us some credits and extra service.
2- there needs to be somewhere other than the jerk hut to grab quick food on the go like the buffet being open longer. It closes at 11 which makes a quick lunch impossible unless it’s the jerk hut.
3- the selection of liquor was huge but the quality of the mixed drinks were often not proportioned right making them un drinkable. Some bartenders were great and always mixed great drinks while others it was hard to even get a vodka water lime to taste good.

Excellence is amazing in every way! We went for our anniversary and there was a banner on our door, to our fabulous suite, wishing us so! I would like to shout some wonderful servers: Kellesia at Aroma-best barrista, Serita at Caribbean Grove, Krystal and Charmaine at The Kitchen Table, Sanieka at Spice and Jordan at The Grill. If you are wanting a great workout, take Fabian's Functional Circuit, your body will know you worked out. He tailored the workout to my needs. The gym is excellent! The dining all around is delicious and service is exceptional. The location is perfection. The atmosphere invites you to relax. The property is meticioulslcy maintained. The entire staff is happy and desires you to be happy also! Book your vacation here!

Lovely staff, tasty food, great service!
We had wonderful service throughout the resort and delicious food with plenty of availability at the restaurants. Restaurant staff were well informed and mindful about dietary allergies. Beautiful beachfront and the resort was very clean and well maintained. Evening entertainment was fun but noise wasn't an issue farther from the lobby, and daytime small classes were varied and relaxed. Our beach house second story room was amazing! Overall a wonderful time and we'll be looking to vacation with Excellence again!!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Unfriendly Staff
My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the poor customer service and unfriendly attitude of the staff. For a resort that is supposed to provide relaxation, comfort, and hospitality, I expected a much higher standard of service. There were a few people that were extremely unfriendly but the ones that stick out are Kellesia - coffee bar Lobby bar - Latisha Unfortunately, the staff often came across as unwelcoming, unapproachable, and lacking genuine concern for guests. Rather than making visitors feel valued and appreciated, the overall attitude made the experience unpleasant. Good customer service should be a basic expectation at any resort, yet it was noticeably lacking during my stay. What should have been an enjoyable and relaxing vacation was overshadowed by the lack of warmth, professionalism, and courtesy. A beautiful property cannot make up for poor hospitality. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and place greater emphasis on customer service, staff training, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and based on the level of service I received, I would hesitate to return or recommend this resort to others.
