Excellent Service and a Relaxing Stay
I had a wonderful stay at S Hotel Montego Bay and would gladly stay here again.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. Whether I was at the beach, relaxing by the outdoor pool, enjoying a drink at the bar, or dining in the restaurant, the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and proactive without ever feeling intrusive.
The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. My room was comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. The food was consistently good, with plenty of variety, and I enjoyed every meal.
I spent much of my time at the beach and outdoor pool, both of which were relaxing and well cared for. The staff frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, which made the experience feel effortless and welcoming.
What impressed me most was the overall value. I stayed at another resort during the same trip that cost significantly more, yet I found the service at S Hotel to be noticeably better. The attentive staff and consistently positive experience made this one of the highlights of my trip.
I would definitely recommend S Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service.

The perfect place to unwind! The S Hotel was literally perfect. Let’s start off by saying that upon arrival you’re greeted with an aromatic cool towel and a drink right off the rip. KayLa at the front desk was so kind and sweet. The staff were phenomenal and so nice. The rooms were nice and clean especially with the ocean view. They really go above and beyond. Aesthetics were incredible and did I forget to mention how amazing the food was and the drinks delicious. I highly recommend the S Hotel as your next stay in Jamaica. Make sure you stop by the main pool at 11:30am to do water aerobics with Andre. As well as stop by the lobby bar 5p-1a and see my boy Joel Lee, tell them Evelyn and Vanessa sent you. If you see Ro or Derol tell them we sent you as well. Enjoy your stay!

This establishment stands out as my premier choice to date. It is a more intimate, boutique-style hotel. For those seeking a lively, high-energy environment with large crowds, this may not be the ideal selection. This hotel caters to a discerning clientele, offering a sophisticated, elegant, and tranquil experience. The customer service provided by all staff members is exceptional; everyone is welcoming and accommodating. The culinary offerings were outstanding, and the spa facilities were truly unparalleled. The premises are impeccably maintained, and the guest rooms precisely matched their online representations.
Excursions
Romain levy was our driver and was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. He drove all 16 of us to the blue hole and to do horse back riding on the beach. His service was amazing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

His prices for the excursion were extremely affordable, and he provided us with a service and experience that we will never forget.
