Steeped in rich history, timeless elegance and true understated luxury, Round Hill welcomes you with genuine Jamaican hospitality while captivating you at every turn. Located just west of Montego Bay, Jamaica, 20 minutes drive from Sangster International Airport (MBJ). It is comprised of 27 individually owned villas and 36-Oceanfront rooms surrounded by 110 acres of lush tropical gardens, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the double infinity edge pool. The upper level Oceanfront rooms have spacious vaulted ceilings and large louvered windows which fold back to take full advantage of breath-taking views. The lower level rooms have spacious patios or balconies. The villas feature two through six bedroom suites, living rooms, verandas and magnificent views. Twenty-three of the villas have private pools. Each villa bedroom is ensuite with its own bathroom and terrace. Guests may book a private, complete villa with private pool and dedicated staff or individual villa suites can be booked. Breakfast (surcharge) is prepared and served in the villa suites by the cook daily.

Relaxation guaranteed at this beautiful property. Loved every moment.
Amazing resort. Pricey but worth it. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful gym and spa. Food excellent. Evening entertainment was also varied and enjoyable. We loved Fi-real band and also the Jamaican evening with limbo and fire eating - not to be missed! Complimentary glass bottom boat trip also great with Ron and Sean. Thank you to all the staff, especially Roshane on reception, Mark in the restaurant, Nadine in housekeeping and Wade in concierge. Mark, keep the pork burgers! Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Round Hill is my favorite hotel in all of Jamaica what an amazing experience!!!! The Staff is amazing the rooms are perfection, I didn't want to leave!

The best beach resort in Jamaica. Beautiful, relaxed, the perfect place to get away. Consistently delivers an amazing experience and vacation. 10/10
Warm hospitality of the staff!
We had the most wonderful stay for our honeymoon at Round Hill and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay so special were the people.
We stayed in Villa 17 and want to give a very special mention to Karen, Claudeen, Derrick and Ransford, who looked after us so incredibly well throughout our stay. They were warm, friendly, attentive and thoughtful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They made Villa 17 feel like our home in Jamaica and were a huge part of what made our time at Round Hill so memorable.
We also have to mention Junior, the bell captain, who was absolutely fantastic. He was always so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for us. He is a wonderful character and another person we will remember very fondly from our stay.
There are beautiful hotels all over the world, but it is the people who make you want to return. Round Hill has some truly exceptional people, and Karen, Claudeen, Derrick, Ransford and Junior are a credit to the hotel.
Thank you all for making our stay so special. We left with some wonderful memories and hope very much to return one day.
A second home
Round Hill is a jewel of a place. Jamaica is already special, but what makes this resort truly extraordinary is its people — a crew with heart, soul, and that unmistakable Jamaica good vibes.
This was our second stay, and from the moment we arrived it felt like coming home. That feeling is entirely thanks to the staff, who remember you, welcome you, and make every day feel warm and personal.
The villas are spectacular and the beach is excellent — pure relaxation from morning to evening. A special thank you to Larry and Steve for always making our time at the beach so effortless and relaxing.
I also took my very first tennis lessons here — twice! — and loved every minute thanks to Prince and Stelvin, who made learning so much fun.
A special shout out to Neil, Kemar, and Tina from the dining team — the food and drinks are exceptional (the Naked Lady is a must and award winner!) To Owen, Jermaine & Junior, who always greet us with the biggest smiles. To Mencita, Ann Marie, Gavin and Wade at reception and guest services, who take care of everything seamlessly. And to the wonderful crews at Cottages 20 and 21 — thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.
Beautiful setting, exceptional food, but above all, the people. We can't wait to be back. Round Hill, you truly are one of a kind.
