The Best Graduation Trip Hands !!!
We stayed in a iberostar in mexico and was no stranger to the brand . They never disapoint after check-in we met our amazing concierge Marcia from the club , very professional , Authentic and insightful staff shes a keeper . The buffet jamaican night has so much choices , Likewise the smokehouse at the far end of tge beach,also eat at the jerk shack the food is so good during the night and no differnce during thge day they are awesome . The jamaican patties are so good we kept going back daily for more and also the rice and beans with jerk pork . The foam party was so kool at the pool whilst there we experience the jamaican celebration at the buffet aswelk and as a visitor i felt well immersed in the culture This hotel is a vibe . Houseking staff are amazing our room was on building 2 - 4th floor overlooking the ocean overall we had a great time , we will be recommending waves Rose Hall and we will definately be back . My husband and i became VIP members and for sure we will be back .

Birthday Trip
This place is beautiful! so clean and nice! Marcia the concierge is incredible! Daniel was out front desk assigned to us and she was great too. the beaches are beautiful, great for swimming. the spa is beautiful as well

My lovely stay at Iberostar waves rose hall
My stay here was wonderful and the staff was extremely accommodating from we entered through the gates of the hotel. There are a few staff that really stuck out to me Marcia from the club, Rashieka also from the club, Karen who was our server at the buffet , Marcus from the jerk hut , Freshhh from the entertainment crew , Damoy who was making wraps and Love who was our bell man. All these people showed us so much love and didn’t forget us at any point of our stay and made sure that we felt comfortable and I will definitely come back to this hotel just based off the community even fellow guest were so kind aswell it felt like one big family. Of course I loved the hotel itself the grounds are beautiful and calm and there was always something to do, our rooms were clean and comfortable and restaurants were lovely aswell.
A well needed get away
The staff at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Our front desk agent Rashieka, Marcia from the club was exceptional. As were Marcus from the Jerk Hut, Fresh from entertainment, Love took care of our bags and was welcoming from our very first day. Our server Karen from buffet, all were wonderful. The property is beautiful. Rooms were clean.
