Wow wow wow!
It was truly a beautiful vacation. Gorgeous resort but above all the staff makes the hotel . One of the best experiences we’ve ever had . Hats off to every staff member you are truly appreciated ❤️

Exceeded our expectations!
Princess Senses Mangrove exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were traveling for business but when you saw that an overwater cabana was available we grabbed it and made it into the most romantic business ever! The grounds & staff were all lovely & impeccable. The cabana came with everything we could want including private butler service. Jerome, Ricardo & Michael were at our service 24/7 regardless of our whim! Our spa massages were absolutely dreamy! The gym is large and stylish with everything you need. I only wish we had more free time to use it.
Stay away from hotel, the worst management
Upon arriving at the Princess Senses Mangrove hotel in Negril as soon as we were greeted we were sat down and told that we didn’t have a premium plan and some things were not included. We spent almost $2,600 for 4 days and now were told that there were “tiers”. So for this we would have to pay $15 for room service fee every time as well as having no premium liquor. I then asked how much extra to have these included and was quoted an extra $795 from the manager at guest relations. She was not willing to budge or do anything to help us. There’s no clarity on their website and when I booked using Expedia this information was not made clear to me. When asked to speak to a real manager no one wanted to say his name as if it’s a big mystery and secret. The only thing I can think of is that there’s so much wrongdoing that he doesn’t want to give his name. After being told he wasn’t available to speak to us as he was on an important call, my husband found out who he was and spoke to Pizoli in the lobby. He was of no help to us and didn’t take any responsibility for us being bamboozled with deceit to get more money. He didn’t care at all and continued to talk about different tiers which after looking at their site it was platinum. Again this information is not clear at all. Pozole knew of the information and was acting like a coward and avoiding us, We’re here for my husbands 60 birthday and it’s such a shame that we were made to feel this way after looking forward to our trip. We travel every three months and have never had such a negative experience. I will never stay at a princess hotel again after getting treated so poorly. It’s a shame that management is taught to be corrupt and deceitful and not here to take care of the guests who pay their hard earned money to be here, I honestly can’t believe that this is happening in real time and now I’m looking forward to end this experience and go home.
Awesome resort for fun!
We had a great experience this weekend! Love the gym amenities. And the entertainment team was super interactive and we had so much fun by the pool - Tanae (aka Starfire) and Tiffany were excellent! Chef Adrian at Ka (Hibachi restaurant) was hilarious and the food was delicious. We will be back!
Girls trip fun!
We had a wonderful time at the Senses! It was a great place for a group trip with lots of activities and plenty of different spaces for everyone to enjoy. Tanae was an especially bright part of our trip! She was a great entertainer at the piano bar and also at the pool trivia. We had a JAMAZING time!!
