Congratulations to the chef Prithvi, excellent food and a great service at Tattva Indian Gastronomy Restaurant.
I am glad I did not take my experience at the front desk as what to expect from the hotel. I had great service from Marisa in and the ladies in the Mediterranean Restaurant, Jecoliah & Shanelle from SLG were all excellent. Stephan & Mariah by Laterns bar were on point. My experience with food and beverage staff at the hotel was excellent.
Amazon service at the méditerranéen buffet restaurant! Staff is friendly and Dannecia is a great superviser who cares about her team and the guests!
Good breakfast but I expected more options and warm pancakes instead of cold. Lunch was very good though.
This resort has lost its shine (or so I heard) from when it first opened as this was recommended by a friend who went in 2025. I guess due to budgeting and not being able to fill the property.. they decided to short change full paying customers. . I stayed for 4 nights in July and had issues as soon as I arrived. Overall the customer service lacked and left a lot to be desired (staff more busy talking among themselves, flirting with guests, and being on their phones) which would have totally been remedied by … if the amenities that were offered were actually available . Several restaurants closed, no entertainment, no housekeeping for 4 days. Management knows it’s bad. They handed out room comps like it was bottled water. Oh and everything opened up when social media influencers arrived. How convenient?!? And I asked several guest about their experience, they all said the same thing! I would never go back and felt very taken advantage of.
