A Truly Exceptional Stay at Blue Waters Our five-day stay at Blue Waters Resort & Spa was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The resort was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and the level of service and attention throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the way the team genuinely listened to our requests and continuously followed up to make sure that we and our family were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Nothing felt like “just another request”; everything was taken seriously and handled with care and professionalism. A very special thank you goes to Nicole, who looked after us throughout the entire five days. She was constantly checking on us, following up on our requests, and making sure that everything was taken care of. Her kindness, personal attention, and genuine concern for our comfort made a real difference to our experience. We would also like to sincerely thank Chef Michael, who took exceptional care of all our dining requirements. He personally followed up with us, prepared a special meal plan for our family, and made every effort to accommodate our preferences. His attention and flexibility made us feel genuinely valued as guests. For us, this level of personal care says a great deal about Blue Waters. A truly refined resort is not defined only by its beautiful location or facilities, but by how seriously it listens to its guests and how much effort it makes to accommodate their individual needs. This is something we experienced at Blue Waters at a level we have rarely, if ever, found elsewhere. Our sincere thanks to Nicole, Chef Michael, and the entire Blue Waters team for making our family holiday so memorable. We leave Antigua with wonderful memories and very much hope to return in the future — not just once, but for many more visits. Thank you, Blue Waters, for an exceptional stay.

Just returned after a week at the blue water hotel, the last time we went there was 7 years ago, everything was just as amazing. The staff so friendly and obviously happy to be working there. The breakfast was incredible, I think better than 7 years ago, with added smoothies, and a choice from the menu rather than buffet style breakfast. The staff really spoiled us as we were celebrating our 40th Wedding anniversary, cake and a bottle of champagne in our upgraded room. The gardens are clean and tidy and the staff work so hard to keep it that way. We seemed to have the Adult pool all to ourselves most days but plenty of options to enjoy beach or pool. It was a quiet time so only one restaurant open each night but the food was really nice, my favourite was the cove menu….. Would like to thank all the staff especially the front desk who helped my daughter book a surprise sunset cruise for my husband and myself on our last night….

This was our third visit to Blue Waters in 4 months!!! Our experience this time was as good as before despite the very low numbers as this is an 'out of season' time apparently. There is a great deal of refurbishment work going on currently but at no time did this affect our stay and we fully understand that the work is only ever going to improve this already beautiful resort. We stayed in a Cove suite for the 3rd time - very spacious, very clean and with beautiful views and a private villa pool. All meals in the Palm, Cove and Reef were great - the Reef was opened up for breakfast and sometimes dinner which was a real treat - keep doing this Blue Waters - the guests love it. It is a beautiful resort which will only get better following the refurbishment but what makes this place so special is the staff - the friendliest team we have ever met. Gavi in Veronicas bar is a special, special girl with the keenest eyes and ears - guests will not be left wanting or waiting. Tremaine is also great here too. Menardia in the restaurant is so very professional but more importantly, so friendly, what a great asset she is. Derah too along with Tashay - so accommodating and so smiley, so welcoming. Carrez and Pearl who mostly manage the Pelican Bar are great with guests but you will find Carrez wears many hats - pops up everywhere :) All the staff at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at the bars are amazing - they are so important in contributing to guests experience here - in our opinion, they make all the difference and I am sorry that I haven't mentioned all of them by name. We have made some amazing friends during our 3 stays and that's both staff and guests and we will be back in January with family (again) and some friends as we are so keen to share this amazing resort with everyone. I highly recommend this for your holiday if you want to experience beautiful gardens, good food, no overcrowding (so far) and the best staff and service we have received of anywhere we have been in the world. My only criticism is the sea and on occasion, the beach areas but to be honest, I don't see how the resort can take responsibility for seaweed - this is purely natures doing.
