We will definitely be back
We had a marvellous short break with you last week. From the welcoming Moroccan tea to the efficient send off everything was excellent.
I had an unfortunate accident in the hotel but it was so professionally handled that it did not negatively impact on my stay. Thank you to all who assisted. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. We would especially like to single out Mahmoud, Hicham and Walid (apologies if incorrect spelling) for their care, support and attention. Breakfast is amazing. The choice of restaurants for other meals is good. Would definitely recommend the tapas.

Amazing stay in Agadir!!!
We had such a lovely stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool, spa, lovely beach and a fantastic choice of restaurants.
All the staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A big thank you to everyone for making my birthday feel so incredibly special too. A particular mention has to go to Fatima and Khalid, who went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room, arranging a lovely birthday cake and even singing Happy Birthday to me.
We absolutely loved our stay and are sad to be leaving!
Beautiful luxury beachfront hotel
We stayed at the Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa as a couple from 26th–30th September and had a really lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful overall and somewhere we would happily return to.
The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location, with direct access to a private section of the beautiful beach, as well as multiple pools. It’s also around a 40-minute drive from Agadir Airport, so the transfer is relatively easy. The restaurants and bars are all stylishly designed, and the whole hotel has a luxurious and relaxing feel.
Our room was beautiful, large and spacious, with comfortable, good-quality bedding. The staff we met throughout our stay were all friendly, welcoming and professional, and we received great service across the hotel.
It’s a great choice if you want to relax by the pool or beach during the day while still being able to easily explore Agadir and visit local restaurants in the evenings.
There were just a few small things that could be improved:
• On two occasions, La Plage had run out of the lamb chops, which was disappointing. • The Smart TV in our room didn’t provide access to apps such as YouTube or Netflix, which would have been a nice addition. • The poolside menu felt a little limited and could benefit from a wider selection of lighter meals and snack options. • Food and drinks at the hotel are understandably priced at luxury-hotel levels and are considerably more expensive than elsewhere in Agadir. However, taxis are very easy to arrange from the hotel, and there are plenty of excellent and much more affordable restaurants nearby.
These were relatively minor points and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel in a beautiful beachfront location where you can completely relax, you won’t be disappointed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

La Plage restaurant
Very nice food and service at restaurant La plage. Thanks to our waiter Ismail who attended to our needs and made our experience more enjoyable.
