Very disappointing
Very disappointing experience Royal Mirage Agadir
Unfortunately, our stay at the Royal Mirage Agadir was extremely disappointing.
Our biggest concern was that my NARS shimmer powder went missing from our room, which I believe was taken by the cleaner. We also had a very serious issue at the bar. My husband handed his wallet to the barman, Meddy, so he could get the correct change. When the wallet was returned, £30 was missing. We found this extremely concerning and unacceptable.
I asked several times to speak to the manager about these issues, but unfortunately I was repeatedly fobbed off and never got the proper opportunity to discuss what had happened.
The rooms themselves were spacious and okay, but unfortunately that was one of the few positives. The food was awful and the restaurant area was very dirty and unhygienic.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience. We expected much better from this hotel and would not recommend staying here based on our experience. Please think carefully before booking.

Thefts from hotel staff on a rise here beware!
I’m going to keep this review simple for people with bullet points .
- If you want location this perfect for Travellers who want to go for night outs location 10/10
- If you go bed before midnight do not use this hotel loud music all night and hotel is situated outside the main night club called NAYA.
- Hotel thefts are in the rise myself and several other people who o know have stayed here and said the cleaner steals small bits of makeup and maybe other things. This was reported the receptionist laughed saying we are not thieves and the hotel manager didn’t speak English had a translator mentioned she will investigate and didn’t come back to me or offer anything as compensation , when I mention police they panick and say No no no we will deal with it !
- Porter / restaurant Staff are friendly everyone has been there for many many years
- Breakfast not the best same old bland breakfast hard bread and dried up potatoes sort of food you would receive in an European prison no essaturation
- It’s a cheap hotel for a reason you get what you pay for
- Comfy beds

Don’t waste your money
Most disgusting pool I’d ever seen! all these pictures are from years ago park unusable gym/spa building completely shut down stairs look unsafe! Could go on! Ended up with whole holiday refunded through insurance worst place I’ve ever seen.
