Having nver been to Morroco I wasnt sure whay to expect (been to Egypt and Tunisia so assumed similar). This is a wonderful place with good amenities and really genuinely lovely people working here. All of the staff, from the reception team, cleaning staff and the waiters, fair graft - aside from ants being rife in places it is pretty spotless. The entertainment team are so full of life - very keen to speak engage everyone and get them involved in activities (no pressure if you dont want to though). They seem to work all day and night and seem a lovely, multilingual young bunch! The entertainment is fun - not 5 star cruise type showcases but lots of energy/ effort and a good laugh! The food is lovely - cant fault breakfast or lunch and you wont starve if you dont like all of the local dishes on offer on an evening. The gym is decent and there are 3 massive pools. There does seem to be the usual 6am dash for sunbeds and if there aren't any the pool team are generally able to find you some if you ask them. Nice and safe to wander into Agadir (about 50 mins to the harbour). Lots of markets/ souks - no major pulling into shops but haggling is a must!!!! Trip up the cable cars to the castle and int the big Souk are a must. Would also recommend the Crocpark (ziplining over 300 crocs was a blast). Weather was only naff last 2 days but not the Morrocans fault. Lots of friendly cats - even more friendy if you bring them a saucer of mild down.after breakfast! A great stay and would definitely come again (I think I actually prefer it now to Egypt & Tunisia)!!
Nice hotel let down by food and drink offerings.
Staff were all great and no complaints with that. All friendly and helpful. Great outdoor pools and outdoor space to relax in the evenings. Great beachside location too.
The main letdown was the food. The exact same food was given each day, for lunch and dinner. Additionally, the supply was very limited meaning long school lunch style queues. This was the case regardless of what time you went. In fact, several times I went for lunch or dinner at the opening times and the meat offerings weren't even ready meaning you had to wait. The queues became such an issue that you were reluctant to go back for more.
Drinks were also poor. Few options and poor quality.
We all know that we will not receive michelin star level catering at an all inclusive but this was the worst by a long stretch. It is unfortunate as this was the only criticism I have. However, when you go to an all inclusive the food and drinks are very important. Additionally, this wasn't a cheap hotel to stay at.
I would not come back for this reason. I am not a fussy eater and even I began to dread eating the same thing day in day out.
Nice hotel located near the promenade. Rooms very clean and spacious. Has hot drink facilities shame they weren’t stocked up on our arrival. Decent sized swimming pools which were cold. Sunbeds all around some with static sun shades others with movable ones. Food variable and eatable. Bar drinks ok we kept with non - alcoholic. Staff all friendly.
we had such a good time at the shows the nights that we went and the animation team made it very fun for our evenings in morocco !
The hotel was lovely, rooms clean, fridge, towels & water every day. The pools were fab three big pools, plenty of loungers. The drinks were okay you never got the same drink twice, not much choice, and the food we thought was poor, breakfast & lunch were better than the evening meal in the main restaurant there was not much choice. For example there was hand carved turkey so I went to get some & the person serving started cutting off bits of scraps off the Car cuss so I left, lasagne was on every night so was chips. The entertainment crew were good, their shows were funny, some other acts were okay there was plenty of seating either in the main reception where singers were on & the shows. We were leaving around 7pm & were told you could have a shower in the gym, there was only one shower to use, we asked could we use the men’s shower room as non-one was in & we were told we could use the shower in the pool area but they were closing at 6. Would I go again I do not think so, we were all adults cannot comment for families.
