Fantastic Introduction to Morocco
This was our first trip to Morocco, and what an amazing introduction it was!
The hotel is beautiful, clean and maintained. The pools are fantastic, and there are plenty.of sunbeds (No.sun bed wars). Being right on the Atlantic Ocean made for some stunning views and evening walks along the promenade.
(A little tip for anyone staying here: just outside the hotel area there's a jet ski rental where you can hire jet skis for 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes. If, like me, you've ridden jet skis before, you'll love the location and the open stretch of coastline. If like my kids it's your first time, they can provide an instructor to go out with you and help build your confidence).
The staff really made our holiday special. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful. The incredible animation team, who work so hard every day to keep everyone entertained. Special shout-outs to Hatim, Yasmine, Fati, Fatima, Zack, Yousef, Hassam, Pablo and Salma. You all brought so much energy, laughter and fun to our holiday, and we loved every minute.
The main restaurant iit an get quite busy and noisy during the evening. We found ourselves eating in the Asian restaurant most nights as it was much calmer and quieter.
The only minor issue for us was the air conditioning, which wasn't quite as powerful as we would have liked. We found that leaving an extra room key in the power slot helped keep the room cooler throughout the day, which helped a bit.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were exceptional, and there is still so much of Morocco we want to explore. We didn't get the chance to do all the excursions we had planned, which is just one of the reasons we're already talking about coming back next year.
Watch your sunbed
Hotel is very good. No complaints at all. Especially thankful to pool team who found us another sunbed and umbrella after ours was taken while at lunch! Towels removed, sunbed and umbrella gone (a very heavy one). Considering the hotel was full and absolutely no spare sunbeds or umbrellas they were very helpful in replacing them. Why would someone remove your towels and towel bands and your umbrella while you go for lunch for 30 minutes.

Animation and restraunt
Fati is the best and reda is the best
10 day stay
We arrived in July 2026 for our 10 day holiday. Arrival was easy, and the hotel staff were very helpful in getting our bags to our room.
Our room was tidy, but cleanliness wasn’t the best. Stains on the curtains, the grout in bathroom and ants everywhere. I mentioned it to the front desk and was greeted with an “Ok” After spending more time, they’re everywhere. So it seems like a normal thing.
So if you’re planning to stay, keep food off sides and in the fridge.
There are stray cats everywhere and if you’re a cat person, it’s a dream. Unfortunately I am not, and wasn’t too happy when the cats kept trying to sneak into our room.
The entertainment staff are very friendly and the kids loved joining in with kids club. They were too pleased with the kids water volleyball as other kids kept fighting. Which granted isn’t their problem, but something could have been said.
The food was like a usual all inclusive. The toasties at lunch time were a nice touch.
Overall it was a nice stay, I don’t think I’d rush back but that’s just a personal preference.

A lovely family holiday
What a great stay we had at this hotel. We are a family of 4 ( 2 children, aged 12 and 17), travelling with my parents, so 6 of us in total. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I feel some of the reviews on here are a little harsh, hence writing this review. At no point did we have to fight for sunbeds. We could easily get 6 sunbeds even at 10am around the edge of the pool. The pool staff were brilliant, they would happily move parasols and sunbeds so you didn't have to. They were very attentive, polite and friendly. All pools were clean woth life guards present, The main pool was warm and pleasurable to be in, not overcrowded (not cold like other reviews have mentioned). We didnt have to queue up en entry to restaurants. We never struggled as a group of 6 to eat together. Staff were very attentive and set up a table if required. Sometimes food wasn't replenished quick enough for the number of people waiting. Plenty of options if you're not a fussy eater. In the main restaurant there was a different theme each night, although I feel more could be done to emphasise this and would often be a few dishes. Rooms were spacious, cleaned daily and the beds were comfy. They had duvets, rather than just a sheet like a lot of hotels have. The air con in the room (block 4) worked well. There are no lifts but reception promptly arrange for assistance if required. All staff were pleasant, they didn't look for tips but appreciate them and tipping did get you better quality service, as it does in most hotels. The animation team did a great job. We didn't get involved too much with the daily activities as we wanted to relax but the option was there. They weren't pushy at all. All in all a lovely family holiday. Lots of relaxing and memories made. Would return.
