Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!
I stayed here with my girlfriend for 4 nights, paying €405 plus a $100 deposit. When we checked out, the hotel refused to return the deposit, accusing us of “destroying” the room, when in reality there were only makeup stains.
The worst part was what happened when we tried to leave. As soon as we requested the deposit back, the staff locked the front doors and trapped us inside the lobby. My girlfriend had her phone in her hand, and they assumed she was trying to film. The receptionist grabbed her so hard she fell to the ground, while another worker blocked the exit so we couldn’t leave. On top of that, three male staff were in the lobby trying to hold us back, which felt intimidating and made us very uncomfortable.
They even threatened us with jail, saying it was “illegal” to film, even though no recording was ever made.
The police were called, and after checking our phones and finding no videos, they let us go in 10 minutes because we had done nothing wrong. Being locked inside against our will, grabbed, threatened, and accused of things we didn’t do was humiliating, frightening, and deeply unsafe.
On top of that, the room itself was faulty. The shower was blocked the entire stay, and my girlfriend cut herself on the drain. We asked several times for it to be fixed, but the staff never acted and later claimed we had only asked once. They also had no first aid kit, so she had to stop the bleeding with a towel.
This entire experience was extremely difficult for both of us. We came for a holiday and instead left feeling traumatized and mistreated.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is unsafe, unprofessional, and made us feel very unsafe as guests.
Me and my son arrived at this hotel, first thing is the beautiful smell of the hotel, the room was absolutely beautiful, the staff were very friendly and welcoming the restaurant where we went for breakfast everyday was stunning staff were on point couldn't do enough for you would definitely recommend was worth every penny and really made our Christmas oh and not forgetting the hotel housekeeping staff they were lovely and very helpful will definitely be back
Nice little property, very clean and convenient for someaone who has a car to park and drive around. Suites are modern, with very confortable beds, a nice veranda and immaculately clean. Everything is quite new, and despite the bland modern decor, you are granted with a quiet and relaxing stay in an hotel with a very european atmosphere. Staff is minimal, but very nice and professional.
Amazing hotel, the room is very spacious and welcome amenities were really nice too. The bathroom is very good and well equipped. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend to anyone coming to Agadir as it is closed to the city centre.
My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in February 2024. The hotel is a lovely, smaller, brand-new hotel a 10 minute walk away from Agadir beach. It's very clean and fresh and has a very nice and comfy bed (firm which I love!), with lovely bed-linen and nice plump pillows :) It has a great bathroom with a shower, a nice kitchenette, a small desk, a large tv and a balcony. All new and fresh :)
