Hotel has no entertainment no alcohol and a little out the way. But the staff are very nice and it is very clean Tip bring travel kettle Ask for fridge as they can provide one. Also there is a sister hotel called Borjs which has much better pool area

Do MOT stay at this hotel! It was VERY tired and also “dry” which we didn’t know when booking it! The rooms were very basic and not very clean! The TV didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t nice! We got accused of stealing towels even though we put them in the maids trolley as they were dirty! We were pressured into paying £40.00 to replace them as we felt very vulnerable. The website says it has a private beach which wasn’t true! The food was terrible and the reception staff were rude and pretended they didn’t understand English!! We booked with On The Beach and have complained to them as well! Il not holding my breath!!

If you are happy with a very tired, no-frills and most importantly alcohol-free hotel that is far from amenities then by all means stay here. This hotel is bland, basic and “meh”.

There is no entertainment, the food is boring and provides a very limited choice particularly if the hotel is quite empty as it would appear they can’t be bothered putting on decent food when there aren’t many guests. What is also not widely advertised is the fact that this hotel does not serve alcohol. Whilst I do appreciate Morrocco is a Muslim country, several locals that we spoke to said that a “dry hotel” was ridiculous and not reflective of the culture of Morrocco at all.

The hotel is situated very set back and up one end of Agadir, quite far away from amenities. Whilst you can walk to the beach, it is 15 minutes away and down an end of the beach that does not have any public loungers or many restaurants and in 35 degree heat the walk is quite gruelling.

The hotel staff were friendly-ish up until the point they thought we had stolen some towels. Thinking I was being helpful, I stripped my own bed and towels and placed them in one of the laundry trolleys in the corridor but on check-out we were accosted and told that they couldn’t find the towels. Given the choice between me paying and the maid having to pay for the alleged “missing” towels I was charged £40 for these as I did not want the maid having to pay even though it was them who lost the towels.

Overall, yes, the hotel is safe and relatively clean but I would have to class it as merely adequate as a place to sleep. Luckily, I discovered a wonderful restaurant that also had its own section of the beach with loungers which is where we spent the majority of the trip albeit this was a 10min taxi ride away. I am by no means someone who expects the height of luxury but even so, I was quite disappointed.
