Very dirty rooms , no body came to assist we i needed help . The responsible at reception was very rude , she was yelling at me because I was complaining that they gave me a connecting room and the room next to me has kids so it was very noisy . She said that i have nothing to do with you we can’t do anything. I asked for soap i had to come to reception myself to have it . The pillows were very dirty. I am writing this review after 2 hours of my check inn . I really don’t recommend this place it should be a half star hotel
Up on check in
I paid for 1 adult and my son age 17
On check in they said I need to pay £150 for my son
I said I paid then they say no after 1 hours of standing there telling and showing them the email confirmation they said ok bearing in mind this was 12 midnight all this messing around not what you need at all
So then I got to the room only 1 bed
So I go back to reception to tell them they say no you not booked twin beds so I show them the email again
Then they say no we not have
We only have the better room with twin beds extra £100
So then I go back on booking.com to check and yes for the date and times they have my room with twin beds available for less money then I paid
So they are trying to scam you from the start
Out side the hotel there is all beggers that a harass you constantly
You sit in a restaurant the locals come in sit at your table well you are eating ask you for some of your food then they wait for your bill then ask for money
The locals come in sit at your table trying to sell you things
Constantly sex workers coming up to you when you are with your kids not that's I think it's acceptable in any way at all it's sick if you need to pay
The locals is just all scamers won't leave you alone at all the over all place is just a sh!t hole
Not good for anyone let alone family's and kids not safe at all
Very disappointing experience with Odyssee Park Hotel.
Our group stayed at the hotel in May 2025 and paid all booking costs in full. Since then, we have repeatedly requested an official invoice for our company. Despite sending at least six emails and trying to contact the hotel through Facebook and Instagram, we have never received a response.
Providing an invoice after a stay is a basic administrative obligation, especially for business customers. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
The hotel was quick to take payment, but months later we are still waiting for the invoice and have been completely ignored. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects professional service and proper after-sales support.
1/5 stars.
Place needs updating..bathroom has mildew and needs a deep clean , fridge broken, outside light broken, patio doors let in rain and wind, plugs hanging out, heating not working, receptionist dishonest ..... Concierge and waiters sweet
Very reasonably priced hotel in a great location near beach and opposite airport bus stop. Large rooms and bathrooms, lovely garden. Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms and public areas very clean.
Had a bit of an issue on first night as our allocated room wasn’t the one we had booked and paid for via Booking.com. We had booked the standard room which clearly stated it had a balcony however the room we were put in did not have a balcony. Receptionists instead that standard rooms do not have balconies and that they couldn’t move us until the next day and there’d be a charge for a room with a balcony (despite rooms being available to book on Booking.com.)
The room was at the front of the hotel with loud music from the nightclub below going on until at least 1.30am.
Fortunately the lovely receptionist who was on in the morning moved us to a room at the side of the hotel with a balcony for no extra charge. She was lovely and really helpful.
Apart from that initial issue we had a great stay. The cleaner on Floor 1 was so lovely and hard working.
As others have said the rooms are not perfect, chipped paint on skirting board, stained sealant around bath BUT if you want perfection there are plenty of more expensive hotels to choose from. For the price you pay here I think the standard is fine, everywhere is clean and the location is really good. Just avoid the rooms at the front above the nightclub!
