No a way 4*, the hotel is very outdated and not clean in terms of decor etc , we had to call out maintenance on our 1st night as no hot water in the shower- he said this is hot , room temp at best and just awful, if you want a Luke warm shower have one about 5pm , the toilets are disgusting down by the pool and the smell of drains is constant, the main pool is dirty and only ever wiped around the edges, the constant flies would go if anywhere was actually properly cleaned/ hosed down rather than just wiped or mopped where you can see, the only good thing here is the staff the bar staff in the main bar and pool are absolutely brilliant , the food is very hit and miss it’s either great or awful. And you cannot get an evening meal in peace, the so called entertainment staff start screaming down microphones and blasting music as soon as you sit down.. The amount of people you see with ankle supports on due to slipping or falling off edges of pathways is crazy - my 2 daughters included , this place is just not good, go elsewhere, the hotel needs closing down an renovating.

Great hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here as a family! The hotel staff and entertainment team were amazing (especially Simba and azizwho was really helpful and friendly when we first arrived). Unfortunately we were only here for 5 days but would have loved to be here longer! Thank you so much for a lovely stay 🥰
Kids club
Kids club and entertainment was very good. Safa took good care of our 9 year old girl Ella. They bonded well
