This is a lovely hotel.,we have had a great holiday. The Moroccan entertainment team are brilliant, they include everyone. The vibe is excellent day and night. A special mention to Simba who is such a lovely person.

Great experience at the Valleri.
Excellent Location, next to a beautiful beach. A short taxi ride to the souk. A very friendly atmosphere mainly due to the in house entertainment staff. In particular simba and Sarah and Saad. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The selection of food is impressive.

Never again with easyJet and definitely not at this hotel
This hotel is not 4*. Room smelt musty. View from room was of a hedge around the pool where rap and reggae music were played loudly during the day. There were some decent staff, however the hotel is geared up around the French with nothing for us Brits. Our outside space was a 5ft x 4ft step which had an unprotected 2fr6in drop around the edge. There is a path approx 5ft away from this step and people laugh at us as they pass. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the standard rooms. We have requested this via easyJet but their "help and support" team are useless. 4 days in and we're still waiting. Dinner service is from 19.30 -21.30 but if you go at 21.00 there are no tables set and you will get a frosty response if you ask for cutlery etc. One evening the waiter demanded to remove our tablecloth as we were still eating!!! The WiFi drops out regularly. This will be our last holiday using easyJet and we will definitely do more research before holidaying again. We obviously won't be coming back to this hotel either. Do not expect 4* think 2* plus and if you are British don't expect the same treatment as those who are French speakers. easyJet can't sort out a kettle etc for the room but have offered to sort out an early flight home for us !!! Beware spending your hard earned money on a holiday with easyJet unless you are prepared to be treated as a 2nd rate citizen. The all inclusive drinks offering is abysmal. We wish we had never booked this hotel with easyJet and have got another week of stress to endure. Not the relaxing holiday we needed or expected!!

A hotel not for my family. I have tried 3 times to write a review and been stopped 3 times,I would advise doing research about this hotel
