Lovely Break
We had a wonderful holiday overall and met some lovely people, though there were one or two small things that could be better.
Our room was really nice — spotlessly clean, nice and quiet, and the shower was excellent. The dining hall is huge, with a great choice of food at lunch and dinner. My husband said the liver was honestly the best he's ever tasted!
The 3 main restaurants that you can book aren't that great but we did have a laugh in the fish restaurant with other guests and the singer was great, we sort of took over a bit with karaoke but the singer thought it was fab. Bit of an odd system booking the restaurants you have to go to the restaurants themselves and queue up between 3 to 6 to book and on a couple of occasions nobody has been there to book a table - Surely easier to book at reception?
That said, the queues for drinks are really long and frustrating. It feels like they simply haven't got enough staff working - I dread to think what it's like here in peak summer! Most of the bar team were friendly and lovely, apart from one older gentleman with glasses in the sports bar who had quite an attitude — and we definitely weren't the only ones to notice or mention it. Also, it's hard to see the TV properly when there are big crowds waiting for drinks
- it would help so much if it was mounted higher up on the wall!
And as always, you still get people saving sun-beds when don’t actually need to. Music is a little loud around the main pool but animation team are great. Sunbeds could do with a bit of a clean also.
Entertainment was very good also. They had something different on every night.

Great time
Great hotel, lovely staff, awesome animation team, food plentiful and enjoyable. Well kept grounds, responsive housekeeping. We will be back!

Never Again!!!
Absolute shocking experience!!Very rude and lazy staff,very dirty(rubbish everywhere).Food uncooked raw meat/fish,cooking stations in hygienic.Rooms smelly damp and in need of deep clean.Pool area rammed and dirty beds,dirty pool,beach area dirty beds and rubbish and also sand bags used as access.This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in,more like a Pontins holiday camp rated at 2*.
