awful, dreadful, miserable, horrible, dirty, terrible place . RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
This hotel is by the far the worst i have visited in my life. from the moment you step in you get a sinking feeling : oh god what did i do or why did i came here .
the receptionist guy is careless not interested in helping at all, angry at you as if you killed his parents or something. so to say his rude is actually complementing him.
we were giving dirty stinky rooms without AC , we went back to the reception , the guy didn't care at all and simply told us thats what we have take it or leave it. we tried to explain to him that the hotel has advertised that it has AC and rooms shouldn't be stinky ,he simply refuse to even listen , we got a bit angry voices were raised someone else came in and gave us different rooms not much different but with AC.
the hotel is old , nothing has changed since the moment it was opened , no maintenance work has ever been done and its obvious everywhere you look. everything is broken or about to break down, from the building itself to the furniture in the rooms and every where else.
they still use old keys and the rooms doors have no handles so in case you are inside the room without key . YOU CANT LEAVE YOU ARE LOCKED IN .
bed sheets i guess are supposed to be white but in this place they are different shades of grey or brown, nothing pleasant. you stay up at night thinking about this.
AC is very loud and i actually i chose to turn it off few times and chose the heat over the 2 stroke engine noise .
If you are a non smoker and you find yourself in the reception , the reception has a smoking and non smoking areas they are separated by ??? an imaginary line i guess . you try to tell the smoke to stay over there and see if that works .
WIFI : as the receptionist told us without even trying to make an excuse for it : no wifi here ,simple, he wasn't lying. wifi only at the reception and no where else, and so weak it's completely useless , you cant even make a whats app call, thats how bad it was.
i could keep on writing as i feel so disappointed in myself for not taking seriously all the bad reviews i read, i honestly thought it cant be that bad, this country is getting ready to host a world cup , surely things are in the up, and hotels are getting ready for such a big event , may be they are, but definitely not this nightmare of a hotel. what a horrible horrible dirty filthy place.
Value for money
I have to give my honest review. Value for money hotel is ok .bar tenders were corrupt. Although We been tipping them. They had attitude problem. Because they not been supervised.whole Hotel had lack of supervision.
Great holiday
Had a great time, rooms cleaned daily, food was good, can't wait to go back in March

Manage your expectations!
An honest review: I’m fortunate enough to have travelled a fair bit and this an honest review of a place I’ve stayed twice now. On arrival we were met with a lovely welcome and all the reception staff were warm and friendly. The room itself, is it dated? Yes. Is it clean? Absolutely. Is it 5 star? No but then I wonder did you pay 5 star prices… The staff are warm, kind, funny and make you feel like you belong. Every member of the team were great though special mention to Reduone, Hamza and Zidane who really made you feel like friends! The rudeness of other customers I expect influences the reviews they leave. If you behave like a drunken idiot, or demand service by clicking fingers or speaking rudely then I think you get the service you deserve! Weirdly I say please, thank you, hello, good morning etc and have only been met with kindness, laughter and joy. At the end of the day I paid a ridiculously low amount for 10 days in a beautiful country and I got more than what I expected. Manage your expectations people if you pay £1-2k for a holiday then this is not perhaps the place for you but it you pay £50-60 a night for all inclusive the Caribbean delivers every time!
Forgettable
Hotel very dated and requires a serious upgrade, No safes in room,no kettle, no air conditioning,no elevators,especially if like us your on top floor.Food was awful,pool bar understaffed,service poor.Our room balcony was a health risk covered in bird excrement.Finally found some where the service was excellent The reception bar staff polite and very helpful 5 star ⭐️ Would return to Agadir but not to this hotel
