Had lots of fun playing pingpong by the pool and water-polo.
Rooms are cozy and WiFi throughout the resort!
Mixed feelings
A Mixed Experience – Morocco
The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and there are certainly some positives to mention. However, our overall experience was disappointing in one important area: customer service.
We worked hard to afford our holiday, and for us, all-inclusive should mean that every guest receives the same standard of service, regardless of whether they tip. Unfortunately, we found some of the bar staff, particularly by the main restaurant and beach bar, to be rude and dismissive unless they had received a tip. Whatever happened to providing good service first and receiving a tip as a thank you? It left us feeling that guests who didn’t tip were treated differently, which really shouldn’t be the case.
On a more positive note, the food was good, with plenty of choice for everyone. The rooms were clean, bottled water was plentiful, and the towels were lovely, long and very soft. The beds are quite firm, though, so if you’re not used to a firm mattress, be prepared for a potentially aching back!
We never had any problems finding sunbeds, which was a bonus. The hotel is situated right on a beautiful, spotless beach, with sand that’s easy to walk on. One thing to be aware of is that there is no bar on the beach, so take a refillable cup with you and fill it up at the hotel before heading down.
If you fancy eating out, we highly recommend El Torro, approximately a 15-minute walk away. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent — exactly the kind of welcoming experience you hope for when dining out.
Overall, the hotel has plenty going for it in terms of cleanliness, food, facilities and location. Sadly, the inconsistent attitude of some of the bar staff took away from our enjoyment of the holiday.
We will definitely return to Morocco, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this hotel.

Disappointing Stay at Amadil Ocean Club
Our children enjoyed the hotel’s water slides, but unfortunately, the rest of our experience was highly disappointing and did not offer good value for money. The breakfast service was especially poor. Hygiene was a issue, as dirty glasses were placed next to clean ones, and the coffee machines were left uncleaned with used cups stacked nearby. The food options seemed cheap and low-quality. Overall, the stay felt like serving a mass croud without any personal toutch.
Very basic
I didn’t want to be reviewing this hotel so bad because the staff are LOVELY. They work hard and super friendly but too many other things let this place down.
Food is not hot
Despite it being all inclusive you have to pay for most things other than THE most basic drinks
There’s a few different bars but you can’t get any sort of in between meal snacks without paying even ice creams are not included
Rooms very tired looking
Pool locked till 9am
No poolside service
No water fridges to help yourself so you have to use your water from the room
No free minibar in the room
Entertainment is situated in what can only be described as a dungeon in the basement and despite it saying it starts at half 9 it’s usually after 10 and we just got too tired
Maybe i have always just been very lucky with past hotels but this was such a let down. Sorry.

Could be better
Lovely location hotel in general is lovely but tired in places Food is ok just not very hot whatever you have Pool not opening until 9 isn’t the end of the world as it stops the sinned wars but it isn’t always open at 9 which is frustrating Service in hotel is generally poor the bar staff are not friendly or accommodating The staff in the bar outside seem miserable the older guy in charge definitely doesn’t enjoy his job customers are on his way lol
