So...all perfect All hotel nice and clean Food really good, but...the best things here is ANIMATION TEAM GUYS THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!

Everything was at this hotel was great the entire time we spent at this hotel.
It is right at the beach you can eat your meals outside, great view.
The atmosphere was nice lots of plants and gave off good vibes.
Rooms were spotless, came with tissues, bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and a kettle. The bathroom came with a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and hand wash. The AC was a bit hard to control but it was nice after figuring out. We used the TV to watch some of the World Cup but nothing else The toilet flush was sometimes very low but holding the button made it work fine Cleaners did their job very well every morning.
There were cleaners working all the time, so it was very clean everywhere. The carpets are new and not dirty.
We only went to the main buffet, there was lots of choice, a barbecue outside and the staff were amazing. One thing is to arrive at meal times early as the table arrangements can get messed up.
You can book activities in the hotel, you should definitely haggle for lower prices you can save a lot.
The slides were very fun, though the zebra patterned one is very very very very slow (as in you cant move and have to scoot your way down) because the ring is too big.
Pool was kept clean and is on the smaller side but it wasn’t busy while we stayed.
Snacks by the pool had pizza and pastries which were tasty.
There are three bars with different opening times, pool bar, Atlantic bar (indoors) and a bar outside near the beach. They are served the Same drinks but we mainly got orange juice.
We stayed during the World Cup finals so noise levels at night was quite loud (we were on the second floor) but acceptable and we could sleep through it.
Overall this hotel is definitely worth the money 💰
Not bad
Here at the moment still. We have been since last week Food is really good taste flavours and choices very good Staff very welcoming except for reception staff The place is lovely access to the beach etc lovely beach and pool towels but some things let it down. 1- staff behind the bar that opens at 5pm the main bar are so so slow it’s ridiculous. Just waited at the bar for two cokes,and a beer along with ten other people waiting one man serving very slow and five others behind the bar not helping. 2- the snacks at 4pm round the pool are poor just pastries 3-don’t ask for change anywhere the hotel does not have any and I have asked very night so my child can play pool but they just ignore me and don’t even try to help! Pointless having games for the kids if you can’t change any money. So frustrating, 4 members of staff last night just stood in silence and wouldn’t help me!! 4- pool has no lights night which is a shame and lets the views down especially if you have a pool view 5-breakfast is bread and fruit basically with a fried egg, no other cooked breakfast. I except you wouldn’t have bacon etc but something else would be good.

Excellent experience, the hotel was amazing and the entertainment team were lush Pedro and Salah were absolutely fantastic super friendly!! the food wasn’t the best though the same every day and limited choice, also it was cloudy every day

The hotel is really good and he has a really good view and of course the entertainment team are really nice and made our holiday they are always made every day from our vacation and also the ladies of the kids club are really nice. Unlike the reception stuff they are really rude and they always like don’t care they are unhelpful.
