hamaam and massage
mashallah everything was perfect hamaam and massage was perfect took my kids with me was very friendly and kind to the kids.. amina and laila and bushra was very good at the message just how i wanted it.. thank you soo much
Amazing time returning to the Argana for pur 4th time
This was our fourth year staying in the Argana and had a wonderful time again.
The food, the value for money, cleanliness and reception you get at the Argana Hotel won't be beaten. The hotel is lovely but it is the staff who make it extra special and the reason we come back!
From Omar's warm smile greeting you as you arrvie at the hotel door, welcoming you back for another year, to all the restaurant staff, chefs, cleaners, gym staff and pool side staff.
The receptionists are all so helpful, a special shout out to Karima who went the extra mile and helped when we had any issues or queries and was always at hand for information about the city or the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.
The food is lovely with plenty of choice for everyone at both breakfast and dinner, (desserts are great 😋).
The rooms are a great size and the view of the Atlantic is amazing, the rooms are recently refurbished as is the dining area.
There is yoga on in the morning which is a lovely start to the day in the sunshine and activities throughout the afternoon with the animation staff such as water aerobics, table tennis, darts and other water games which are great fun.
The gym is great value and well equipped for a few holiday work outs aswell.
The evening entertainment is varied and fun and a great way to meet other travellers as are the activities throughout the day.
I would recommend the Argana to couples , solo travellers and families alike , it is a fun hotel, spotlessly clean, good food, nice rooms with friendly caring staff.
We can't wait to come back next year for the 5th time 🙌
DONT TAKE THE RISK, FAKE REVIEWS
DONT TAKE THE RISK. upon check-in for my reservation ,I was told there is no room in the hotel and that I have to stay in a different hote for one night and that the only other compensation was a voucher that I didn't want or need to spend in only their hotel. Zacharia was so rude and totally inconsiderate.. Totally ruined my holiday andi wasted one day and one night
Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!!
Worst check in experience I have ever had!!! Our rep pre-booked excursions for us before we left for our trip however when we got there she advised us not to mention this to hotel staff. She also said that as our rooms would not be available until 4om and we arrived at 11.30 that she would take our passports so they could be photocopied and speed up the process. This did not happen. It seems the hotel found out that all our excursions including our massages were outside of the hotel so our check-ins were hell!! Took bookings for spa on the phone in the middle of checking people in, chatting away to everyone and anyone passing without communicating or even acknowledging the person/customer standing in front of them being checked in. Incorrectly charged me for an extra days tourist tax which the receptionist in checkout morning refused to refund stating it wasn’t within her power and no refund for the deposit box either over charge. No comment whatsoever to the fact that the deposit box did not work full stop the same as loads of others in the group. One member did get maintende man to her room who told her that the printout with instructions and code couldn’t & wouldn’t work because the code on it was totally irrelevant. Noise level in every room day & night totally unbearable. Different staff in different bars gave conflicting answers re card payments. I paid by card one night no issue next evening told no, then told if I paid by card it would be 100 MAD extra. When I paid by cash I was still charged a different price to that on the menu. Pool boy aggressively down on his knees beside my lounger wanting to know why I was laughing when I was enjoying the kids getting dance lessons. Whole experience felt like a rip off and that I wasn’t wanted or welcome. Also felt we were punished because our rep, who is a native of Agadir, basically arranged for so much money to be spent by us outside of the hotel. Wouldn’t ever consider this hotel because of this and the noise level.

Very disappointing
Just back from a 4 night stay here which I found very disappointing. I was travelling with a group and on check in we had to queue for almost 2 hours to check in and then queue again that evening to collect our room keys. I booked a double room which ended up having a double bed with two single beds on either side which left little to no room to move around the bed. Towels and bedding were very grubby with holes in them. The rooms weren't cleaned for the 4 days I was there just beds made and towels changed. No fresh cups or glasses given either. A lot of the staff were rude and unhelpful and on several occasions when we went to pay we were told they couldn't give us change (they would only take cash) felt like we were being scammed. Even when the pool bar was quiet we were left waiting a long time to order food and drink. There's a club right next door to the hotel playing music until all hours which made it so hard to sleep. Overall very disappointed with my stay here and wouldn't recommend it.
