Great hotel with great staff. Big shoutout to Zakariya
Hotel has many positives! 10 min walk to private beach section. Clean towels on demand when sat at the pool! Pool food really good and tastey. Staff by poolside and bar really lovely and pleasant! Big shout out to shaymo and waffa ( probably not spelt their names properly). The entertainment for kids is superb and the pool staff really involve the kids and there lots for them to do. The rooms as always kept clean and the house maids work tirelessly to complete their work!
The negatives, the pool was absolutely filthy went we went! You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. It looked it they did try to clean it during the night but some how doesn’t look like it was in the advertisement photos.
The toilets by the poolside had no hand wash and when I said to the cleaner at poolside she took me into the disabled toilet to get me to use the hand wash there but there was none in there either!
The Que to get served is often busy and it can take about 20 mins to get served!
I had a wonderful experience at Argana Hotel & Spa! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and secure, and the food was delicious. Everything was well maintained, and I really appreciated the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel and spa. The spa is especially impressive — very clean, professional, and relaxing. A special thank you to Rockaya, who is an exceptional masseuse. She is extremely professional, skilled, and attentive. Honestly, she is one of the best masseuses I have ever experienced! I highly recommend Argana Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a clean, safe, comfortable hotel with excellent food and a professional spa. I will definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good experience. Very nice people work here. I recommend you to stay here and relax ❤️
The music from the pool is very loud and can be heard at night from the sea view rooms, this goes on until atleast 4am. When I asked to change rooms as I have a baby with me and the music was too loud the receptionist was shocked that I said the music was too loud somehow. The housekeeping staff forgot to give us towels on one occasion leading me to go find some staff and get interrogated to get towels for my room. The layout of the hotel is insane. It takes around 5 minutes to walk from reception to a room on the first floor it kinda feels like you pay for a maze with your hotel room. The walkways around the hotel are dated and dirty, as well as the windows. The rooms are pretty nice but the AC had a horrid smell in the room which hit us everytime we came back to the hotel room. Our room, after switching was situated with the balcony facing the rear of the hotel. They are building a new pool and padel court there and the construction can be heard during the day. The cars attempting to go to the club next door can be heard during the night. On one night 2 cars were beeping at each other for around 30 minutes and that was only at 1am.
