Anezi Tower = AVOID!
The WORST so-called 4 * hotel we've stayed at. From the start through to the end, the staff were incredibly RUDE & refused to provide basic services. Our initial Room 507 appeared to have been unused for a while. There was no coffee station or kettle provided as shown in photos at the time of booking. There was no mini fridge There were no glasses in the bathroom When we checked in no explanation was given as to how to safe was operated, it required a trip to Reception to acquire the necessary card. The room was equipped with a telephone but absolutely no directory of numbers. This meant that there was no way to contact Reception, Room Service or House Keeping - without venturing downstairs to speak to the rude Reception staff. We were booked for 3 Adults & yet it was incomprehensible for them to provide 3 sets of towels. Again every day needed a trip to Reception to raise this, it was then a case of "we will tell house keeping" but every day 3 guests received 2 towels. On our 4th morning we woke to find the bathroom ceiling was leaking water from various points above. Another trip to Reception with video evidence of the frequency of the leak resulted in "we will give you a new room" but no acknowledgment or apology. Moved to our new room, which was for 3 guests, but only had 1 plug point - how can 3 guests manage with 1 plug point?! In addition, once again towels were provided for only 2 guests. By this point I had enough & headed to Reception to raise the points:
- I asked them to confirm how many guests they had - they confirmed 3 & when I asked why only 2 sets of towels were provided, I was told "sometimes we have triple rooms to couples" followed by "house keeping don't know"...
- I asked why the cards for entry to our room kept deactivating (again only given 2 when 3 adults were staying). I was rudely advised that I MUST be putting it against my phone. I did say this was not the case & that I knew not to do this. I was told "you must be".
I asked to speak to the Manager - ILOUGUO ABDELLAH who was not in the least bit interested in the issues raised. In fact he turned it around & blamed me for not calling House Keeping for towels. When highlighted there was no directory for contact numbers - he threw it at me. He then spoke to a member of housekeeping in front of me with regards to the number of towels - worked for 1 day before we went back to 2 full sets & one half set. Finally, one morning at breakfast we were at a table that had been cleared, but cutlery had not been laid. As we had an excursion to do, having waited, I went & collected cutlery from the station, only to have a female member of staff Houda (last name) snatch them from my hands, ask where I was sat...& then proceeded to throw the cutlery back in the station & not put some on our table. I would say AVOID this hotel at ALL costs, the rooms are archaic, leaking & in poor condition with limited plug points. The staff are rude & don't care about their guests comfort or stay, or even to help them. WORST hotel ever.

Slight improvement
A slight improvement from that last time I stayed here ,more choice in breakfast rooms kinda still the same faulty this that and the other, a budget hotel , staff generally friendly
Friendly, lovely views and good value for money
Perfect location. Staff so friendly from the bar man to front of house reception staff and animation team all couldn’t do enough for us. Pool area and hotel reception lovely and clean. Yes the rooms are dated we booked a standard double room without balcony got given a block C apartment partial sea view. Apartment was clean cleaners in with fresh towels daily. Value for money for sure - I will definitely stay here again. Don’t listen to the reviews - if you want a clean room on a budget friendly staff with a nice atmosphere this is the place - if you want new upgraded hotel with more amenities pay more for a different hotel.
Take an extension lead!!
So this is going to be an honest review as this was not the hotel that we booked to stay in. Our original booking was for Al Moggar where we have stayed many times but it has now been closed for major renovations so were were moved to Anezi Towers through Love Holidays. Arrival and check in was quick and painless apart from our first room only had two beds and we were a party of three adults - this was quickly changed. The rooms are very dated and nothing like the pictures shown and there are only two sockets in the whole room one for the TV and the other which was behind the third bed - lucky for us we did take an extension lead but this had to be plugged into the TV socket - as this was closet to the mirror, there are none in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room (we made it work) We only booked B&B the selection for breakfast was OK there was plenty of Cheese, meats & bread, there was also hot dishes including boiled eggs and omelettes made while you waited - we didnt go hungry lets just say that Receptioln area is the only picture in the photos that I would say still looks the same today the staff were very helpful and friendly along with all the other staff Housekeeping was good we were booked for 6 nights and the towels were changed every two days which was fine but sometimes we only got 2 towels instead of three beds were changed every two days as well The pool area does look like the pictures bar the sun beds and it was well kept and clean but there were plenty of sunbeds however the poolside bar/cafe was just organised chaos they never had any change so it was easier to pay by card the food was good though quiet a lot of variety from salads to burgers etc The location of the Hotel is good as long as you dont mind walking down 95 steps (yes we did count them) and back up again - there is a gate which gets you out a bit closer but only takes about 10 steps away!! but once you are down on the prom there are plenty of cafe bars restaurants and shops. The noise level was good nothing kept us awake and the general noise from other guests was never a problem Bear in mind as we found out only the first four floors have balconies we were on 6th floor and just found this strange that a holiday hotel didnt have balconies There was a good atmosphere around the hotel and pool, there is an amination team but I must say the entertainment seemed a bit childish at times I would say that I got value for money but would I stay again probably not
