Ok. After 10 days. This is our collective family review. Family of 6. 3 rooms required. Location - perfect. Central to all amenities and beach, cafes, bars shopping. Hotel - nice hotel. Staff are brilliant and helpful. Especially the Jumbo team and bar staff.
Pool - no beds or umbrellas. All taken by 8.30am and no policing of people placing towels on beds and walking away 6. Beach - 2 minutes walk great private section of beach with beds and parasols. All in secluded fenced area. Free beds for hotel only clientele. Best location and lovely hotel but improvements required and not be too over accepting towards French and Moroccan. The English require same interaction and respect
We came here on a last minute trip and have enjoyed it. The gardens are beautiful and were lovely to walk through. The hotel itself is lovely and well mentioned the food was lovely and always sufficient and the staff were excellent. We had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to everyone
We stayed here last minute after cancelling our previous holiday due to horrendous reviews. We knew coming here the people would be amazing having previously stayed in Morocco. We were not disappointed. Yes - The hotel does need some renovations and updating. However, we were happy, it is clean and tidy. The Jumbo team are brilliant, work so hard into the night, we couldn't fault them, our daughter (11) loved them. Food was great, could be hotter as was often only warm. However, there was plenty of variety, my daughter was obsessed with the pink and green macarons. She can be super fussy but alway had something to eat and pudding!!
Food average but the good point is that the location is next to the center and front of beach. Do not book all inclusive be curious and taste the food around.
Firstly nice hotel, bit dated. Food is okish. Sun does not come out in August, cloudy everyday. Cold at night, needed cardigans every night, you still tan from clouds, but this is the coolest holiday Iv ever been on, pools cold as no sun. The beach is awful and sea very cold being the North Atlantic. Locals outside of hotel not welcoming to English. Local shops for sweets crisp try to rip you off with bank card. Rooms only for 2, 5 of us in my family in split rooms not conjoined. So sleeping arrangements not good. We took a trip to paradise valley which is very unsafe. Signs say no swimming, but scratched out!! animals everywhere, and shack like restaurants, very uneven ground, when we got to the rock pool, the water is green, no waterfall, and the guide has to help you up and down rocks. We were advised by another family to wear trainers, hats and take water, and water shoes for the kids, it’s impossible to get out the rock pool unless dragged out by 2 people, very slippy. No safety instructions given by on the beach rep beforehand ! My kids love the pool, but it’s loud music all day long which is repeated. Alcohol watered down. Agadair not built up enough, nothing going on outside hotel. We were advised not to do the beach walk at night to the marina as not safe. We would not return and we are putting a big complaint into on the beach.
