A great hotel
An Absolutely Fantastic Stay – We Can't Wait to Return!
We have just finished a fantastic stay at this hotel, and honestly, I cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and throughout our entire stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant holiday. Every aspect of our experience was excellent, and we have already booked to return in December!
The staff and service
The staff deserve a special mention because they were absolutely amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
What really stood out to me was how lovely and welcoming everyone was towards my five year old son As a parent, seeing your child feel comfortable, included and happy makes such a difference to a family holiday. The staff helped make this a genuinely memorable experience for him, and that means a lot to us as a family.
Entertainment team and evening entertainment
The entertainment team were brilliant throughout our stay. They were friendly, enthusiastic and did a fantastic job of creating a fun atmosphere for guests. It was lovely to see how much effort they put into making sure everyone could enjoy themselves.
The evening entertainment was also excellent and gave us something enjoyable to look forward to each night. There was a great atmosphere, and the entertainment really added to the overall holiday experience.
The room and cleanliness
Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. Everything was presented nicely, and it was clear that attention was being paid to keeping the accommodation in good condition.
We particularly appreciated finding pool towels and bathrobes already provided in our room. These thoughtful little touches made our stay that much more comfortable and meant we could relax and enjoy the facilities without having to worry about the extra details.
Food and all-inclusive facilities
The food was great, with plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We were very happy with the quality of the food and the overall dining experience.
One of the things we particularly liked was the poolside snack bar. Having snacks available by the pool was incredibly convenient, especially when spending the day swimming and relaxing. It was a brilliant addition to the all-inclusive offering and made it easy to grab something to eat without having to leave the pool area.
Swimming pools and facilities
The swimming pools were clean and well maintained, which made a real difference to our enjoyment of the holiday. The pool areas were a great place to relax, have fun and spend quality time together as a family.
It was lovely to be able to enjoy the facilities knowing they were being properly looked after. Combined with the poolside snack bar and the welcoming atmosphere around the hotel, the pools became one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall experience
Honestly, there is very little I can fault about our experience. The friendly staff, excellent entertainment, clean and comfortable room, great food, convenient poolside snacks and well-maintained swimming pools all came together to make this a fantastic holiday.
What matters most to me is that we felt genuinely welcome, particularly as a family with a young child. Everyone helped create an atmosphere where we could relax, enjoy ourselves and make some lovely memories together.
We have stayed at plenty of places over the years, but this hotel has genuinely impressed us. It offered everything we wanted from an all-inclusive family holiday, and the overall experience was even better because of the people working there.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to come back in December with the rest of our family! That probably says more than anything else I could write about how highly we rate this hotel.
A massive thank you to all the staff, the entertainment team and everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable. You should all be proud of the experience you provide for your guests.
We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, enjoyable and family-friendly all-inclusive holiday!
Hotel lovely Check in times a nightmare
The 3pm check in was a nightmare arriving at 10.30 no wrist band till 12. People sleeping on the furniture after travelling. Clearly the hotel was not full but everyone made to wait till 3. Absolute shambles
Perfect Relaxation
We stayed here in September and are confused as to why people are complaining. We prefer self catering so we haven’t been all inclusive for over 12 years but after being at the Allegro we would definitely return.
The choice of food at meal times was plentiful. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, every kind of egg, fresh omelettes, sausages, pancakes and an array of different types of bread - yet people still don’t think there is enough choice 🤯 Lunches and dinners again had multiple options from beautiful fresh salads, olives, breads, veg, chicken, fish, pasta, pizzas. There was constant replacing of dishes with fresh food and continual efforts from the staff of keeping the area spotless. We were served all week by lovely staff who made every effort to make us feel welcome.
We never experienced any negativity from staff but instead smiles and friendliness from everyone we encountered. The criticism that they “favoured” the French was never experienced by us and we felt very welcome at the hotel. The staff work hard all day to keep the rooms, gardens, swimming pool and communal areas immaculate with constant cleaning.
We didn’t enjoy the cocktails but the gin, beer and red wine were pleasant. We ate out a couple of times and there are plenty of places just outside of the hotel where you can get lovely cocktails.
If you are looking for somewhere clean, large maintained pools, close to beach, delicious food (if you only like British food I suggest stay in the UK) and a warm welcome then you won’t be disappointed.

Staff great. Food average
The staff made this hotel, food was average, snack bar was the same every day pizza and chips no other choices and no food options after 10pm and when your on holiday u need snacks after 10. Staff were fantastic though they definitely made this hotel worth the visit, happy, lively, get everyone involved. Location was fab right out the front was shops, bars restaurants ect out the back was the beach was beautiful

Amazing staff
Very clean… amazing staff.. varied buffet… excellent drinks.. good activities. Close to beach. Close to Agadir strip which is lovely clean good bars restaurants and shops. Excellent value for money
