Book this asap - best customer service I've ever had
So I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such phenomenal hospitality until I came to this hotel.... like this is another level!!!! Samira, the hotel manager, is an absolute superstar who genuinely deserves an award. She described this hotel as a “home” and it couldn’t be more true. I genuinely felt like I was staying with family. They truly do everything they can to make sure your experience is special. I was visiting solo for a wedding 50 minutes outside the city and Samira even arranged for her trusted driver to take me there to make sure I got there safely. Such a thoughtful gesture and says everything about the level of care here. Please book this place asap - you will not regret it (and the fresh orange juice is perfection too)
MY EXPERIENCE AT VILLA MAKASSAR
Location is very safe and homely, spacious and very clean room, air conditioned and rest room very neat and spacious too. The hotel has very friendly staff that makes feel at home. The hotel ambience is beautiful, noise free and all the amenities working well. With the over all experience the value is worth it.
Lovely riad in the heart of the Medina
We have a lovely time at villa makassar. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a riad experience within the Medina. The location was un beatable and the facilities were very good! The pool and spa facilities were excellent. Samira looked after us throughout our time at the villa

Fantastic Riad-experience stay
Stayed at the Villa Makassar and we had a fantastic stay in an authentic Moroccan Riad & a big plus was its amazing location within the Medina.
The hotel has been very well kept with the big breakfast spread and amenities like the pool, spa, WiFi, AC, all making it a great experience.
The staff, especially Samira was so welcoming, warm, always greeted us with a big smile and took care of us so well.
Would definitely recommend this hotel :)
Home away from home - will be back!
From the moment we arrived at Villa Makassar, we were welcomed by a calm and relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for a wonderful stay.
Samira greeted us on arrival, handled our check-in efficiently, and invited us to enjoy a delicious traditional breakfast while our room was being prepared. The room was ready early and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, air conditioning, toiletries, robes and slippers!
Samira also gave us a tour of the riad, where the beautiful art-deco style and attention to detail were evident throughout.
We booked a couples' hammam and massage experience, which was exceptional. Having the spa to ourselves made it feel even more special, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The spa team took great care of us, and my partner described his deep tissue massage as one of the best he has ever had.
Chaimae looked after us at breakfast each morning. The breakfast menu varied daily and was always delicious, with fresh juices, cakes, breads, and an omelette cooked to our preference.
A special mention to Zainab, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment, helping us discover authentic experiences and making our time in Marrakech even more enjoyable.
Overall, Villa Makassar truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
