Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Could not fault it at all. Wonderful place that we will remember forever and ever.
Every detail considered; Every guest known by name
The Oberoi Marrakech is built on a grand scale. Mosaics cover the high walls of the courtyard, lanterns hang throughout, the Grand Canal reflects the sky and in the evening the whole property and its elegant arches are lit from below. The city's noise fades the moment you step into this oasis of calm. Even the walk to the villa through the olive groves feels like part of the experience and our deluxe villa, with its private pool, was a really indulgent retreat from the bustle of Marrakech.
What set our week’s stay apart was the impeccable personal service from start to finish. We were greeted by name everywhere we went, every single day, whether at the restaurant, at reception or on our way back to the villa, which is rarer than it sounds. The team also noticed small things: on a cold evening, someone offered us a pashmina before we'd thought to ask, and at breakfast a team member would simply check whether we wanted more coffee, never hovering, always just in time. The same care extended to our excursions, which the hotel concierge organised so smoothly that we never had to think about logistics during our days in the medina and gardens.
We've stayed in many beautiful hotels, and this is by far the best of them.

The definition of a luxury vacation
The best hotel we've ever stayed in. The service was outstanding and on top everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The room with our private swimming pool was like a dream come true. The hotel garden was so spacious, we rarely saw any other guests; the breakfast was excellent as well as the service; the kid's club had a range of activities our little one loved and on top we loved to visit the donkeys every day. The Fitness center and morning classes are excellent. The meet with the falconer was another highlight. But what makes the hotel so special is the hard working staff that always goes above and beyond. To us, the Hotel is definition of a luxury vacation. Thank you for everything!

An oasis of beauty, peace and luxury in which to relax and unwind in Marrakech.
An absolutely stunning hotel, with beautiful architecture, magnificent gardens and elegant interiors. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in.
The service is attentive and friendly, and both the Indian and Moroccan restaurants are excellent for dinner.
Our room, with its private pool, was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, featuring a walk-in wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom.
Breakfast, served on the terrace of the Moroccan restaurant, is outstanding, offering an impressive variety of food to suit every taste.
A true oasis of peace and beauty to return to after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, a fascinating city that is unfortunately becoming overwhelmed by overtourism.
A wonderful place we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Lovely place from start to finish! Beautiful hotel with some of the most professional staffs i have ever met in my years of traveling.
Indian restaurant at Oberoi can easily be one of the best meal I have in Morocco, way better than the other restaurant I visited at Royal Mansour...
If i go back to Morocco ill defintely choose to stay here again!
