The main building has been geometrically laid out around a large central waterbody and is embellished with traditionally handcrafted mosaic wall tiles and auspicious phrases in Arabic; features inspired by the design of the 14th century Medersa Ben Youssef.

Best hotel
One of the best hotels in the world, the property, the buggies that came and picked you up, the food the service was all top-of-the-line. Nothing to complain about we were treated like royalty

Wonderful week
Wow ! What a stunning tranquil hotel ! We have just spent a week here enjoying the most amazing service and hospitality in beautiful surroundings and being looked after so well by all of the hotel departments. I have a dislike of some dairy foods so that was dealt with swiftly by the wonderful Executive Chef Cedric and his team in the restaurants, who personalised menu options for me, planning meals a day ahead - just amazing ! The food was delicious! Special mention to restaurant manager Mahdi, assistant managers El Habib and Hamza, Sara, F&B manager Akhil, head waiter Adil, waitress Naima, F&B hostesses and many more staff who looked after us all week with a warm smile and professional attitude. Spa staff, housekeeping , ground staff, also great. I could go on, but look at the other reviews of the Oberoi, and you will see consistent positive reviews of the location, beauty, calm atmosphere and top class service. We rarely return to any hotel that we have stayed in, but we would return here ! Thank you Oberoi !

Our experience at The Oberoi Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional; a genuine 10/10 from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable and delivered a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare.
From the moment we arrived, the incredible attention to detail was evident. Every aspect of the experience had clearly been considered, from the beautifully maintained grounds and exquisite surroundings to the warmth, attentiveness and professionalism of every member of staff. The Oberoi Marrakech is, quite simply, the epitome of luxury.
What truly sets the hotel apart, however, is its understanding of what hospitality should mean. The experience can be summarised in one phrase: “As you please.” It is far more than a slogan, it is a philosophy that is reflected in everything the hotel does. Nothing ever feels like too much to ask, and rather than looking for reasons to say “no”, the team consistently looks for ways to make things possible. Expectations are not simply met; they are anticipated and exceeded.
There is an extraordinary sense that the entire team genuinely wants you to have the best possible experience. It is this combination of impeccable service, attention to detail and an authentic desire to go above and beyond that makes The Oberoi Marrakech so special.
Our stay was truly unforgettable and, perhaps most tellingly, left us wanting more. We departed feeling that we had experienced something genuinely exceptional rather than simply stayed at a luxury hotel.
The Oberoi Marrakech has set an incredibly high benchmark for hospitality. It is a place where luxury is not just about the surroundings, but about how you are made to feel. We cannot recommend it highly enough and would return without hesitation.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team at The Oberoi, Marrakech for making our stay so special. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the kindness, professionalism and attention of everyone we met. Beyond the beautiful hotel itself, it is really the people who make the experience so memorable. You can feel that the team truly cares about the guests, and that makes all the difference. A very special thank you to Oussama at the Front Office, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming, to Oussama at breakfast for his kindness and attention every morning, and to Rachid, the Supervisor, for his professionalism and genuine care. There are also several other members of the team who deserve to be mentioned, and we will make sure to thank and recognize them individually in writing. To the whole team: please keep doing what you are doing. The warmth, the smiles, the small attentions and the genuine desire to make guests happy are what make a stay truly special. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. We leave Marrakech with wonderful memories, and you are a big part of them.

A truly wonderful Hotel
This was our second visit to this amazing Hotel and was every bit as wonderful as our first visit. The facilities, staff, location and service are truly special. We will be back to this fabulous Hotel and staff.
