Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial

My stay at the Sofitel was made truly special thanks to the exceptional service I received at breakfast from Yassine and Hicham Iwachtan. They went above and beyond to look after me, offering wonderful advice on what to eat and drink each morning. The hotel should be very proud to have staff members like both of them representing the team. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality turned a standard breakfast into a highlight of my trip. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable.

We are staying at the Sofitel Palais Imperial. The hotel is beautiful and opulent. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you, and you are always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The pool areas are all beautiful with plenty of sun beds and never a problem to find one. It is close to The Medina and we had trips to The Bahai Palace, Majorelle Gardens, the souks. We also had an amazing hot air balloon flight. Morocco is a favourite for sure and we hope to return soon.
