4th Excellent Stay at Sofitel Marrakech
Excellent stay, 4th visit to this hotel and it has been the best we have stayed in, the breakfast was perfect with great service and a lovely relaxing swimming pool. For the rooms, we were made sure that if we needed anything to ask our room service cleaner Oufaa in which she made us feel more than welcome in that aspect. Hoping to revisit very soon!

Amazing!
We are currently staying at the Sofitel Marrakech, and it is honestly one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time. From the moment we arrived, the service has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive, and there always seems to be someone nearby ready to help with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, the room service staff, and the pool staff, who have all been fantastic and have really helped make our stay so enjoyable. The location is excellent too. You can easily walk to many attractions if you enjoy exploring on foot, or it’s just as easy to jump in an Uber and be anywhere you want to go within minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the level of customer service has been outstanding throughout our stay. We would 100% recommend the Sofitel Marrakech to anyone visiting the city and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Marakesh vacation
Our housekeeping attendant, Ilham, was absolutely wonderful. The best we have had in any hotel - and we travel a lot. She went the extra mile in every respect. Could not be happier with attention to detail, cleanliness and quality of appointment and service. 5 stars all around!
Clean room and top service
Wery good service house keep ilham is top off the line and made our stay extra comfortable!
