We stayed here for 5 nights on our first night they moved us to another riad for one night this was far superior which spoilt us The bathrooms need major surgery Staff are friendly breakfast is repetitive towel change on request only but it’s cheap so You get what you pay for
Comfortable Riad in the Medina, quiet area with very little street noise and no traffic. Glad we were out here rather than closer to the square. friendly helpful staff, bit of a mix up at the start of the holiday and had to stay elsewhere and our party had to split up. Rooms across two sites very close to each other but involves asking staff to let you in and out. Pictures are a good reflection of the accommodation. Excursion companies found it difficult o find us as Google maps Not a true reflection of site. It’s a 20 minute walk to the square when you know where you are going! Taxi is not accessible due to narrow lanes but not far at all. Breakfast satisfactory but longed for some fruit! Did not eat at hotel in the evening. Large rooftop space but no chairs/ tables - would have been lovely to have sat there for sunsets Happy with our stay .
The rooms and location are absolutely fantastic, but what makes Riad Le Plein Sud so special is the staff. Badr, Khalil and the rest of the employees were so thoughtful, helpful, and caring that we felt very at home and supported in any questions or needs we had throughout the trip. They regularly went out of their way to go above and beyond in their service without any hesitation or complaint. I hope these people are being well taken care of with pay and time off because they more than deserve it! We have loved our time here and will miss this place :)
Riad le Plein Sud is a very nice place to stay, clean, nice rooms, nice pool... but what make Riad le plein Sud a 5 stars Raid is the staff! Nothing is too much and always done with a smile and laugh. we had a great stay thanks to all of them. The manager and his team at the reception do a superb job. They arranged for us to visit the Atlas with the perfect tour guide and helped me sorting out my airport transfer that I messed up. Our 7 years old was part of the team, he loved it! I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
I had a reservation at this Riad in the start of February, however after calling up they mentioned they did not have my reservation, thus, I booked somewhere else. All was fine until returning home when I tried to get my refund - they said that we never turned up and had our reservation all along. COMPLETE SCAM, DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK, BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
