Unprofessional behaviour
Even though we’ve been satisfied during our stay it turned out to be very disappointing when I forgot my coat and their behaviour was so unprofessional they didn’t help at all. I asked them to send the coat to another riad in Marrakesh where some friends of mine stayed and even though in the beginning they said they could do it they never did and in the end they didn’t even answer my calls or texts . Only when I told them that my friends were leaving and they hadn’t received any coat they answered that they couldn’t do the delivery . It was so unprofessional from their end to reassures me in the beginning and then when it was too late for anything to be done to change their minds and leave me uncovered.

Nice cozy hotel with beautiful terrace, great place to stop off and relax. Abdul and the rest of the staff were so kind. Perfect place to stay if you’re in old town
Beautiful place to stay in Marrakech
Beautiful place. Well situated in the heart of Marrakech. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff. Originally stayed here in 2019 and thought it was great so when returning to Marrakesh this year it seemed obvious to go back to Riad Jonan. It has been made more beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. (It also now has a Spa which hopefully we will make use of next time)

Wonderful Riad and staff
This Riad is a beautiful calm and very clean place to be. In the Kasbah area, it’s 15 mins walk to main souk and so is a little quieter. The staff here are so incredibly helpful and the food is amazing. Infact the dinner here was probably the best Moroccan food we had and at a very reasonable price also. Spa literally next door did an amazing massage and salt scrub for less than £50 and again very attentive and welcoming. Would come back again 100%!
Pay at the RIAD
I booked for 7 days and we checked out after 3 nights. We just did not like where it was located. We did not like the rooms. My partner felt that it was like a jail as it had no window no TV. Also tried to accuse us of not paying even after showing the proof from my bank. I was up all night so stressed trying to get confirmation from Agoda. I was also afraid that they was going to charge me again on my card. They didn’t but it made the whole stay unpleasant.
