Riad ist the pits
I have been to North Africa six times but I have never seen a dump like this. The dowtairs toilet was filthy and the towels hanging in rags. Room was a nightmare. TV didn't work. Internet didn't work and when we asked why he laughed and said he hadn't paid the bill. I had two grey towels and one had several red stains as if from a period. Pillows really grubby and throw had a big cigarette burn. Room wasn't cleaned or towels changed or bed made in four nights. Shower was so dirty I couldn't bring myself to use it once. At breakfast we were all crowded around a coffee table and there was room for nothing. Coffee and tea came in flasks. To get the evening meal the riad offered you had to walk a quarter of a mile down the road. The first night was okay but v small portions. Second night the meal was stone cold and I do mean that. Third night was the same. Fourth night I bought a lovely meal in The Square restaurant. The whole building was freezing cold. Staff weren't helpful or friendly. That didn't matter so much but the filth did. Marrakech is lovely but NEVER go to this riad. Came home with a chest infection. Absolute nightmare

Amazing little Riad in the Kasbah
Great Riad, highly Recommended! Really nice place with great rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We were there celebrating 37 years together and had a fabulous time. Well placed for everything we wanted to see and well placed for some great food. Can't believe the price and loved our room. Check out the bathrooms!!

Authentic Moroccan riad.
Spent a week here, great location, helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. With a little work this place could be made much nicer, for customers. The terrace on top of the building is beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing.

Nice Riad
we enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was below expectations but one dish dinner was good everyday. dinner serve time is very late though. a very relaxed and casual attitude of the staff. we were on budget, so we booked this place and we got what we paid for.

Relaxed stay
Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Relaxed qwerky "home" setting; hosts welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Food simple and tasty. Location great, easy to walk to most places and in the heart of the madina.
