Brilliant stay
We have had the best 3 night stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The whole riad is clean and tidy. The restaurant food is delicious. The pool and rooftop terrace is amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you for having us
Beautiful Riad but some improvements needed
A beautiful Riad, was like staying in a palace, our room was lovely and big and cleaned daily, as was the rest of the Riad. Staff were very helpful, although being the only guests it felt a little awkward at times, and there wasn’t much of an atmosphere (though this isn’t the fault of the hotel). Location was right in the heart of the medina but worth bearing in mind you have to walk down very narrow dark alleyways to reach the Riad. There was also a couple of times we were left waiting outside in the alleyways for a while until someone let us into the hotel. Breakfast was a little plain and the same every day, this would probably benefit from some variation, even some cheeses or eggs offered. A bottle of water in the room for arrival would be a nice touch, we arrived after 11pm and had to ask for a bottle, which we were charged absolutely extortionately for, just to have a drink and brush our teeth as we had no other option at that time of night. Tea/coffee facilities would also be a nice touch in the room. The pool is lovely and refreshing and rooftop is very nice.
Excellent stay!
we visited (myself and my son) for 4 days in early July. We had the best time in Marrakech and the riad was beautiful, the service was amazing and the peoe working there were fantastic and always went the extra mile! 100% recommended

Just amazing
This hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing, can't do enough for you. It's an adventure finding the hotel and definitely off the beaten track, but peaceful ,central, and perfect.
Superb and Special
Superb and stunning! A peaceful haven in the heart of Marrakesh. A family to return to! You are instantly aware of the coolness and calm serenity that the Riad offers. The friendly attentive staff are exceptional. You are moments away from Souk Semmarine and a short stroll from the Secret Garden. Madrassa Ben Youssef is around the corner and well worth a visit. I have never stayed anywhere in a city and felt so relaxed as I have done here!
If you don’t have a hotel transfer, contact the hotel direct to arrange one. Purchase a sim at the airport as this will help you navigate cheaply and easily around the alleyways where cars cannot get to.
