Very basic hotel, no bar area, freezing pool. The hotel was clean and staff nice. The woman on reception was lovely and helpful. They didn’t have a bar area to get drinks from and you had to pay for coffee. The pool area was clean but it was freezing and often in the shade.
Stayed here for six days as a tourist. The hotel is basically in a retail park on a really busy road junction. Bad points Rooms are ok but bathrooms look grubby and run down Really noisy due to road noise and the windows don't lock so doesn't sound proof. Also I was moved due to noise from 5th floor to 3rd floor but in to an adjoining room. Awoken by neighbours showering at 2am and hair dryer going.... then the Cockerell started making up the neighbourhood at 4am Breakfast is very traditional moroccon so don't expect too much. The older lady serving is very grumpy but younger staff nice
Good points In November the weather is still good but the sun is low so sun at the pool only until around 2pm Plenty of loungers tho when I was there Comfortable bed but not much storage for two
Best staff has to be Lahcen on reception who showed true empathy. Also the gent working in the restaurant fed the cat and kittens outside and was just lovely
Overall a good location for seeing the souk and medina but bring ear plugs!
e truly enjoyed our one-night stay! Our room was clean, with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. The only minor issue was the slow Wi-Fi in our room.
We highly recommend this hotel. It's a peaceful spot with many restaurants nearby, and the shopping center is just a pleasant walk away
This hotel was very good in 2024 but has changed for the worse in 2025.I paid for breakfast but the choice of food was very limited. There were no teabags for 3 days even after i complained. The hotel has open ground behind it which is used by local youths at night with motorbikes. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. It is also next to a main road with cars racing all night. The concierge did not help with my bags, even after i tipped him. I would ask for compensation and my breakfast money back but do not know how to apply. I will not use this hotel again.
On arrival, reception was quick, wasn't offered information about breakfast times, pool times or information about WiFi. Given the key and off to second floor I went. Room was tiny, double bed, 1 table on 1 side and a mini fridge on the other. Small hanging space and a few open draw spaces. Duvet cover torn all up the seam. There is no bar in the hotel as stated. I was directed to Wazo Hotel if I wanted a drinks bar. No iron or hairdryer, no kettle or bottles of water. Definitely no toiletries as stated, just 2 plastic bottles stuck to the wall, no idea what was in them and not prepared to find out. No wrapped soap or mini bottles. Stated on websites, soundproof rooms, I heard cars honking all night, someone watching football on a phone outside in the street and children rollerskating at 23.00. Doors banging and people chatting walking in the halls. This accommodation is sited on a shopping industrial estate, not a problem as needed places to eat, like Pizza Hut and Mcdonalds. Massive car park outside the hotel for the shopping centre etc. Large shopping centre for food and practically everything else, a bit like Carrefour. Oddly men wandering around selling what looked like windscreen wipers and young boys selling fans. I have no idea what the woman dressed in local attire was doing but she was chased off many times by the shops security. Could have been a man ! Pool area is nice, water seems dirty, harsh smell of chlorine so didn't attempt going in. Pool towels are thin and threadbare. Resident cat, has fleas but friendly, as is the reception staff, friendly, not with fleas.
