Our first impression of this hotel was excellent—and that impression only got better as our stay continued. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the combination of its convenient location, modern comforts, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. After several busy days of touring and sightseeing, it was exactly the kind of place we wanted to come back to and relax.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, surrounded by familiar Western-based shops such as Adidas and H&M, as well as a variety of restaurants and a nearby mall. The more traditional Moroccan markets and stalls offering local goods are a short drive away, providing a nice balance between modern convenience and an authentic local experience.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with all the modern Western conveniences we have become accustomed to. The hotel also has a beautiful pool, a bar, a spa, and a gym, all of which provided great opportunities to relax and recharge after a long day.
My only real challenge was with Moroccan cuisine. Personally, beans and vegetables aren’t really my thing! Fortunately, I found my calling with the beef tagine, which at least satisfied my craving for a good protein-rich meal. 😊
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. They were consistently warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Their genuine willingness to help was evident throughout our stay and added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed.
For us, this hotel offered the perfect combination of location, comfort, amenities, and outstanding hospitality. After a busy day exploring Morocco, it was a pleasure to have such a comfortable and welcoming place to return to.

Repeated business stay
I have regularly stayed at this hotel and this time it wasn’t a 5 star review. The hotel and staff were previously exemplary.
Why:
- Tried to check in earlier (appreciate it states 15:00) and told to wait by the pool and they would get me when the room was ready. Nobody came.
- Room had maintainance issues, dividing balcony glass between rooms (gone) which is not ideal for safety, a couple of light bulbs broken.
- Deposit still not returned and it appears city tax has been charged twice.
It’s a bit of a shame.

Great stay and friendly staff
Really nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was pretty comfortable. The location was good too. I had a good stay and would happily come back.

so good, you will want to stay longer
A wonderful hotel, full amenities and centrally located. Safe neighborhood with lots of shopping around it. Nice courtyard and pool, live music at night, but not loud or brash.

Short break to marrakech
Checked out this morning, hotel is in a good location in gueliz amenities close by. Hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff especially Jihad was very pleasant.
