Radisson Blu Hotel Marrakech Carre Eden

Our first impression of this hotel was excellent—and that impression only got better as our stay continued. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the combination of its convenient location, modern comforts, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. After several busy days of touring and sightseeing, it was exactly the kind of place we wanted to come back to and relax.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, surrounded by familiar Western-based shops such as Adidas and H&M, as well as a variety of restaurants and a nearby mall. The more traditional Moroccan markets and stalls offering local goods are a short drive away, providing a nice balance between modern convenience and an authentic local experience.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with all the modern Western conveniences we have become accustomed to. The hotel also has a beautiful pool, a bar, a spa, and a gym, all of which provided great opportunities to relax and recharge after a long day.

My only real challenge was with Moroccan cuisine. Personally, beans and vegetables aren’t really my thing! Fortunately, I found my calling with the beef tagine, which at least satisfied my craving for a good protein-rich meal. 😊

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. They were consistently warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Their genuine willingness to help was evident throughout our stay and added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed.

For us, this hotel offered the perfect combination of location, comfort, amenities, and outstanding hospitality. After a busy day exploring Morocco, it was a pleasure to have such a comfortable and welcoming place to return to.

Had an incredible experience at the Radisson Blu during a recent visit with my nephews. We headed to the bar to watch our beloved Arsenal play, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic.

The staff were absolutely amazing — welcoming, attentive and incredibly accommodating. The drinks were top-tier, and the customer service was second to none, making it the perfect place to enjoy the game and spend some quality time with my nephews.

I’d particularly like to mention Hicham Erouhy, Azzeddine El Ada and Sumo Mabout. All three were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable. They are a true credit to the establishment and a great reflection of the hospitality at Radisson Blu.

We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⚽️❤️

Day 2 and unfortunately my experience has not been great so far. My company booked and paid for my room. Normally they will let me know if I’m required to pay a deposit on arrival or it’s mentioned in the confirmation. I was told everything was covered.

I arrived in resort at 9am, worked a full day and then went to check in. I was told I needed to pay 5000 dirhams deposit, I explained that I was told everything was taken care of. A manager came over and told me I would need to pay the deposit otherwise they wouldn’t release the room that it should be 1000 dirhams a night so 7000 and they were doing me a “favour” by charging less. I was not carrying a card with that money so I asked if they would accept card details over the phone they said no. I emailed my company but not knowing when they would respond I had to call my husband to transfer money so they would let me have the room. Other hotels have happily blocked charges being added to the room but they weren’t prepared to do this. They finally agreed to charge 3000 dirhams - around £250. I got given no information about any hotel facilities or times of breakfast etc. my company then advise. They had contacted the hotel and confirmed they are covering everything and provided me with a name of who they spoke to. I returned to reception after work this evening where the staff denied this happened and that they only received payment for the room. I showed them the email, they took a copy but said nothing they could do. On my way to dinner I received a copy of the email sent to the hotel clearly showing they were covering everything, they took a photo and said they would speak to a supervisor I should come back after dinner. On my return the man I spoke to had gone off shift, I had another email from my company confirming they called again and spoke with another member of staff name provided to confirm again they were covering everything. The lady on reception took a photo of the email, she said she would call her supervisor, I said I would wait in the bar. After 20 mins I returned to find she had left! So now on my 4th member of staff this evening to try and get them to release the charge. The manager this evening has confirmed the email was received yesterday 10 mins after me arriving yet all the staff denied it! Funds finally released Never had this issue in any other hotel in Marrakech- safe to say I won’t be coming here again.
