Such a Vibe!
The hotel has such a cool vibe to it and its strongest point is definitely the location if you prefer to stay in the modern side of Marrakech. Surrounded by a mall and tons of restaurants which is definitely the highlight of the stay.
The hotel itself is super tiny with a really small pool (more like a kids one). The breakfast area is also small with no air conditioning in August and limited selection of food.
Surprisingly, the rooms are quite large and well equipped but nothing too fancy.
Service is generally okay with few exceptions of some staff members who don’t prefer to smile or welcome you but it isn’t a big deal if you don’t really care about this.
Its a good option if you don’t want to stay in a traditional riad but personally I would think twice before coming back.

Victim of theft, culprit identified, goods never returned.
I’m really sorry—it’s a very nice, clean, and spacious hotel… and the location is truly excellent, too—but unfortunately, I had a serious problem with the staff… I had a camera with me during my stay, which suddenly disappeared from my suitcase while I was out. We realized it was missing once I returned home, so we contacted the staff, who investigated the matter and told us that no one had seen or taken the camera and that they keep a close eye on their staff, so it was unlikely, they told us that the cleaner had been questioned and hadn’t found anything. A few days later, I received a message from Sanaa informing me that my camera had been found; she sent me a photo and asked me to confirm that it was mine, she changed her story, saying that the cleaner in question was on holiday and was new, so there had been no opportunity to speak to her. I replied immediately and asked if it could be shipped and how we could arrange that, but since then I haven’t received any response. I’ve tried contacting her at various email addresses and have never received a reply. Unfortunately, their international customer support doesn’t help with this. I find the whole situation very unfair—customer security should be included in the service we paid for, given the prices we pay.
Not as good as it looks…
Great location, plenty of taxis to town (or Uber was better).
Not much of an atmosphere for a hotel, lots of corporate guests with a few tourists but was ok, nothing memorable. Avenue room 3rd floor as a whole was good, however….avoid!
We were located beneath the restaurant hence noise in the day, fair enough, but to have chairs and tables pulled around and rearranged at 2AM was horrendous. Did bring this to their attention, kindly asked they at least lift the furniture to move it rather than drag around VERY loudly. Sleep disturbed every night, loud music till 2 was ok, but their deliberate noise when closed afterwards was pushing it. This is where their customer service/reception staff were disappointing, no apology or empathy. My suggestion was shrugged off and not even responded to. Reception weren’t at all friendly at any time, maybe some training needed to at least be approachable would help. Also the reception area is only a small space of 2 desks, not at all suitable or big enough to be efficient. Do feel some areas of the hotel are for the image rather than practicability! We also were offered another guests luggage when we collected our ‘secured’ left bags on the last day, along with ours…..worrying! And this was after we insisted our ‘stored’ luggage wasn’t just left unattended in the lobby…which is where they wanted us to leave it before I said no.. Breakfast was ok, standard. Pool area best element of this hotel. Photogenic hotel but lacks in the most important areas to run as an efficient hotel.

Great stay at Pestana CR7 Marrakesh
stayed at Pestana CR7 Marrakech on a business trip, with the event taking place at the hotel itself. I had a very enjoyable stay and was particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Majda, who was extremely attentive and welcoming. She was always happy to help and went out of her way to resolve any issues I had. I would also like to mention Chakir, who was very polite, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel is in a good location, the facilities are excellent and the food was very good. The hotel was also a great venue for our business event.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely return. I would also happily recommend Pestana CR7 Marrakech to others.

A Memorable Stay for Football Fans and Families Alike
Pestana CR7 Marrakech was our natural choice since my son is a huge football fan. I can’t even describe his excitement getting photos taken next to all the portraits and trophy replicas throughout the hotel! Even before we arrived, my experience started on a great note. I needed to adjust our reservation due to a change in our travel plans, and the reservation team was fast, cordial, and helpful. Upon check-in, we realized the hotel’s design skews toward a younger, trendy crowd. I had booked a suite, and the initial one allocated to us had an open-concept washroom design. Travelling as a family with a child, we preferred a private shower setup. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and promptly reassigned us to a suite that better suited our needs. Staying true to the sporty theme, the suite featured a sleek, minimalist design while offering all necessary amenities, including a lovely balcony to soak in the atmosphere. The location is ideal—it offers a pleasant, peaceful walk away from the bustling city crowd while still being surrounded by plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was another highlight. The space is large, and the fresh bakery items along with the tea were a delightful way to start each morning. While getting through to the hotel team over the phone was occasionally challenging, the on-site support from the staff was consistently warm and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pestana CR7 Marrakech and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
