Victim of theft, culprit identified, goods never returned.
I’m really sorry—it’s a very nice, clean, and spacious hotel… and the location is truly excellent, too—but unfortunately, I had a serious problem with the staff… I had a camera with me during my stay, which suddenly disappeared from my suitcase while I was out. We realized it was missing once I returned home, so we contacted the staff, who investigated the matter and told us that no one had seen or taken the camera and that they keep a close eye on their staff, so it was unlikely, they told us that the cleaner had been questioned and hadn’t found anything. A few days later, I received a message from Sanaa informing me that my camera had been found; she sent me a photo and asked me to confirm that it was mine, she changed her story, saying that the cleaner in question was on holiday and was new, so there had been no opportunity to speak to her. I replied immediately and asked if it could be shipped and how we could arrange that, but since then I haven’t received any response. I’ve tried contacting her at various email addresses and have never received a reply. Unfortunately, their international customer support doesn’t help with this. I find the whole situation very unfair—customer security should be included in the service we paid for, given the prices we pay.
Such a Vibe!
The hotel has such a cool vibe to it and its strongest point is definitely the location if you prefer to stay in the modern side of Marrakech. Surrounded by a mall and tons of restaurants which is definitely the highlight of the stay.
The hotel itself is super tiny with a really small pool (more like a kids one). The breakfast area is also small with no air conditioning in August and limited selection of food.
Surprisingly, the rooms are quite large and well equipped but nothing too fancy.
Service is generally okay with few exceptions of some staff members who don’t prefer to smile or welcome you but it isn’t a big deal if you don’t really care about this.
Its a good option if you don’t want to stay in a traditional riad but personally I would think twice before coming back.

Amazing staff
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A pleasure to return and enjoy the same warm and excellent welcome
It was a pleasure to return to the Pestana CR7 in Marrakesh and enjoy the same warm and excellent welcome that made our first stay special. We sent email in advance to ask for the same room as last year and they were happy to be able to arrange that for us. Many of the same staff were still there and it was good to greet them again. Special mentions this year for two groups: housekeeping and pool staff. The housekeeping team were great. They left us alone when that was what we wanted and took the chance to make our room perfect on the days we went out into town. Ali at the rooftop pool did his best to ensure everyone had the beds and parasols they wished for, despite the pool being busy and occasional high winds.
If management could increase the number of parasols from 7 to around 10 then that would be great. Otherwise everything was perfect.
