The hotel is located in the new tourist area of Marrakech, opposite the sumptuous gardens of Agdal and the snowy summits of the High Atlas mountain range, close to the Djemaa el Fna square, the medina and the railway station. Menara - Marrakech Airport is only 5 km away. It is a luxurious place of peace and guarantees well-being and absolute relaxation in a marvellous setting. Guests may take a refreshing dip in the wonderful swimming pool or take advantage of the multiple SPA services offered. The air-conditioned hotel features spacious guest rooms and provides all facilities and services needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Guests will lack nothing in the well-appointed rooms, which are air-conditioned and feature a balcony or terrace as standard.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Big shout out to Guest Services
I am a seasoned travel and I have stayed at many hotels some good, some not so good. The Palm Plaza is one the best hotels I have stayed at. Yes the ambience.is excellent. However I judge a hotel by the staff smiles. One such smile is a young lady by the name of Wafaa - Guest Relations. I had the privilege of getting her assistance with an issue I had and yes she is paid to assist but she could have simply said we do not have a business center and that would have been it. But she went out of her way to provide me with laptop with internet connection because my laptop was not connecting. She got me sorted and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. So again a big shout out to Wafaa for her assistance.
Excellent hotel, 100% value for money!
Palm Plaza definitely deserves 5 stars! We stayed there for three nights with my friend and everything went very well. Breakfast had wide selection of food / snacks and the fresh omelettes made by the chef deserves a mention. Service was amazing, with Nadya (Guest Reservations Hostess) giving extraordinary service, a big thanks to her!
Location & rooms we’re great, with nice views of the neighboring pool and Atlas mountains in the back. As I’ve read from some reviews regarding the noise, we requested a room far away from the reception and got one. Only minus was the wif-fi which did not always work properly. A bidee shower next to the toilet would’ve been a great addition to clean after our own mess and not leave it to the amazing housekeepers. Room was very well cleaned and the linen we’re spotless. Complimentary tea and bottles water we’re also available. Pool water was cold, but we didn’t mind as weather outside was great and sun was hot. The hotel gym was amazing with alot of machines & tools for working out as normally hotel gyms just has a few treadmills and dumbells.
Next to the hotel you can find a few (a bit expensive) shops and cheap restaurants with amazing service. I’d personally recommend Cafe Restaurant 7eme! Nearby is also a Almazar Centre with alot of selections for food & shops. Nearby is a great karting place a swell! Uber to the city centre was always 50 MAD (Aprox. 5€)
We read ALOT of reviews before booking, and definitely made the right choice by choosing this hotel for our stay.
Overall summary: Everything went well and i can personally 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you so much all crew of Palm Plaza!

Room for improvement 😐
Location: close to RAK airport (noise), 4 km from place Jemaa el-fna. Nothing interesting to see/do closeby, small shopping mall "almazar" with a huge supermarket "carrefour" to recommend (spices, souvenirs ...)
Doorman, front desk: welcome ok
Room: good size, large bottle of water each day, tea bags etc Bathrobes&slippers provided 🙂
Housekeeping: ok
Wifi: 🥴😱 didn't work at all in our room, complained at front desk, however to no avail. In the lobby, restaurant...wifi works fine.
Food: breakfast is ok (special mention for the fresh orange juice), buffet dinner in the evening is nothing to write home about: mostly only lukewarm dried out 😵💫 food of low/cheap quality... (for example "foie de boeuf/beef" an not "foie de veau/veal")
Service in the restaurant was very friendly and fast 👏
Guests in the hotel are mostly part of tour groups from all over the world.

Great hotel with lovely pool & garden area.
Stayed here at the start & end of our Tour of Morocco.
This was the best hotel of our Tour. The cleanliness was good & the hotel staff were very obliging. We stayed in a room, with a balcony, on the second floor, overlooking the pool area. There is a pool bar, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. There is also a good indoor bar by the reception, which is a fair size & had a live singer in the evenings. The food in the restaurant was great & such a good choice. The plates etc were quickly cleared. It is near the airport, so you do hear the occasional aircraft but it's not incessant. Comfortable beds. Free safe in the wardrobe. No ironing board or iron. Large bottle of free water in the room daily.
The only negative is the bathroom. It's quite dated. The shower is one over the bath & the bath is so deep. I'm 5ft 3" & struggled to get in & out easily. Wouldn't be great for someone with mobility issues.

Average hotel - definitely not a 5 star experience
The hotel is ok - but it isn’t 5 star more like 3.5 so set expectations accordingly. Our stay was generally good but we did experience some issues we had during our stay that demonstrated why it isn’t 5 stars
Tired looking rooms - dated and in need for refurbishment Staff attention - my hotel room door lock was faulty and despite 3 calls to the reception it was never fixed causing great inconvenience to us No fresh towels in the gym on two occasions Loud live music EVERY NIGHT until midnight - not all guests want to hear that WiFi was quite poor always dropping out Unhygienic approach - a guest grabbed handful of nuts from the buffet I explained this to the English speaking staff but she wasn’t too interested
On the plus side the hotel common areas are attractive and clean and the gardens are very well kept.
it is well located only 10 minutes to the medina and plenty of Ubers to get you there and back. If you want to be in the heart of the manic pace of Marrakech (we didn’t so it was perfect) then this isn’t the hotel for you.
