This hotel is situated in the centre of Marrakech, next to the lively Gueliz District. The hotel is in front of the Royal Theatre and the Railway Station. The Convention Centre is also nearby, and the medina is only 3 km away. The hotel is decorated in a Moorish-Arabic style. It has an outdoor swimming pool and lounge area and a fitness centre with views to the swimming pool. The hotel's spa offers massages and hammam treatments. The hotel has three restaurants, where guests can choose between international cuisine, exotic Moroccan specialties or savoury Asian food. The hotel also features a café and a lounge bar, both with a terrace, and a poolside drink and snack bar. This stylish hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travellers, and it offers plenty of activities. There is a bowling alley, a pool table, a foosball table and a nightclub.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Excellent hotel
An excellent hotel with great facilities. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious ( although rooms on the roadside of the hotel can be noisy due to traffic) with all usual facilities to make your stay comfortable. Great swimming pool and gym. Meals are good to excellent. Breakfast are wonderful with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Evening meals are buffet style,good selection to suite all. Definitely recommend this hotel if going to Marrakesh.
Horrible Experience
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There were last-minute changes to important booking arrangements, communication became increasingly difficult, and several attempts to contact the property went unanswered. As a result, I was left without the confidence needed to proceed with my trip and ultimately had to cancel my travel plans. I hope the property improves its communication, reliability, and customer service for future guests.

Wonderful Stay at Grand Plaza Marrakech
My sister and I stayed at the Grand Plaza Marrakech last week for 4 nights and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The staff were friendly, warm and inviting, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean.
The location is fantastic — very central and convenient, making it a perfect base for exploring Marrakech. malls in each direction easy to get to within walking distance .
We stayed in a pool-facing room on the 4th floor, which was lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. Our only small downside was that we found the bed quite firm, and the pillows weren’t quite to our personal preference.
A special mention goes to Rachid, the pool attendant, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The pool and restaurant staff were also fantastic, regularly checking on us and bringing us snacks and drinks, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The lady at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and informative, always happy to give us advice and recommendations. We also found the security staff at the front entrance to be very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Plaza Marrakech. The friendly staff, cleanliness, excellent location and lovely atmosphere made it a memorable experience.
We would definitely return to Marrakech, and we would happily stay at the Grand Plaza again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Better hotels around
Stayed here for one night at the start of a tour with Newmarket Holidays. Cold reception on arrival - nothing. Just go and wait 3 1/4 hours for your room. Rooms are comfortable but air conditioning very poor and with outside temperatures over 38’ that’s not good. Also, internet very slow in room. Not a good start to Morocco- would look elsewhere if I returned in the future.

THIEVES BEWARE!!
Beware of all your valubles at this hotel...i had 2 items stolen 1 being a silver bangle at the pool...and the other was my fav dress my husband bought me . stolen from my balcony..after going to reception to see why this happend ..it was not in lost and found no one knew anything about it..i asked to see cctv footage of area near my balcony and room ..but was declined also on several occasions i asked to speak to the hotel manager...but never came once to see me attall ..this whole experience ruined my total stay at this hotel and cannot believe there are obviously theifs at this hotel ...i am tottally devastated this happend to me BEWARE OF ALL YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS HOTEL😡😡😡😡
