Give this one a miss
I looked at the reviews before I went. It was a package deal. I thought that it could not be as bad as the reviews as some were excellent. But believe me, it was bad. The room was grotty in the extreem. Bathroom was seriously in need of a re-fit. Whole hotel needs a refurbishment. Reception were ok, I had to ask for towels, etc. They always got them for me, but why do they not put them in the rooms. My room was cleaned once in 10 days. The bed was only made that once. Breakfast is the bigest joke, if the coffee is cold then you have to put it in the microwave. I asked every day for an omlette but not once was it forthcoming. You had to pay extra anyway! This hotel is really bad. There are a few plus marks though. Next door is one of the best cake shops ever and I went and got my breakfast pastries every morning and enjoyed them in the dining room. There is also a MacDonalds only a two minute walk away. And the bus service to the Square is on the end of the road. Private taxi was 200dh, shares taxi was 70dh but the bus is 5dh....bus every time. Would I stay here again...no never. Do not get sucked in by the good reviews....they are, in my opinion, wrong.

Hajar was amazing
had a really good stay here and Hajar was really amazing so friendly and always has a smile on her face and nothing is too much. She's a great credit to your company and I wish her all the success in the world and on her ambition to start up her own business some day. Riad Stay in Marrakesh
The rooms were lovely and the staff very helpful carrying our bags to our rooms. The location was great and the air con was very effective. It was nice to have a fridge in the room.
The food was very average and the coffee was impossible to drink.
Mini break
In its heyday I’m sure this was a beautiful hotel . The decor is very traditional and quite beautiful but in need of tlc, bathrooms in need of refurb. Beds are comfy and for its location it’s quite peaceful inside. Breakfast is pretty awful unless you are happy with a hot drink and pastry . Rest on offer is just inedible . Hairdryer works for about 2 mins then cuts off. Pool is a nice addition but in shade a lot of the day due to high buildings . Tiles and showers are broken and uneven . Great situation , easy walk to few nice French restaurants and 20 mins walk to Souks, botanical gardens.
Great value hotel in great location.
This was a great hotel for its location to a large supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, ATMs, Hammams.
