Good location and wonderful staff
All staff were friendly and attentive to needs Hotel is located next to the train station and a shot distance from the airport Many good restaurants within easy walking distance ATM at train station Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable Breakfast is complimentary and the buffet is extensive and food is delicious

Great Staff.
Large modern hotel situated outside the Old town, but a short walk to the main train station. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Where other hotels encourage the use of the in-house laundry, this is the only hotel that provided an in-room clothes-line! Friendly and efficient staff. Happy to stay again.

Mediocre
We spent there just one night, the first on a two week tour to Morocco. In summary, "nothing to write home about". Though this hotel belongs to a "reputable" chain - the Mogador, it is still a very mediocre hotel

Good hotel and location
The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is great - within a short walk from the beautiful Marrakech train station. The area where the hotel is located is very nice too. You can easily walk from the hotel to medina and other attractions.

Next To Train Station - But Not Walkable to Medina
This is a very mediocre hotel next to the train station. Taxi's wait outside, but they all try to rip you off and not use the meter.
Staff are totally uninterested. We spent 3 days here. The first day we had to ask 3 times to have our room cleaned. They finally cleaned it at 9pm when we returned after dinner ! And they werent happy about it .
Also - we had a room on the 3rd floor facing the main street. It seems the street is used as a drag strip for motorcycles in the late evening. The noise is like being on an airport runway ! DONT BOOK AN OUTSIDE FACING ROOM.
