Medina Gardens All Inclusive

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and in a great location. The staff are excellent, special mention to Karim on the bar and to our amazing room attendant who was friendly and kept our room spotless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Marrakech.

We visited Marrakech for the first time in January and had biblical rain - seems to follow us everywhere. The Riad we had stayed in previously was literally flooded.

We vowed to return when it was warmer (careful what you wish for!) and brought some friends with us this time.

We were a broad cross section of 50 something adults with our 20 + old children and this hotel really hit the spot.

From the minute we arrived it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. We had opted for the rooms with hot tubs which mercifully weren't hot, but they were a nice touch and really central to the restaurant/pool - 2006 and 2012 just by way of example.

The staff were just superb and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely warm and personable people that were genuinely pleased to receive you into their environment.

The bar staff, where we seemed to spend a great deal of time evidently, were superb and really looked after us. Big shout out to Karim and Mohammed 1 & 2!

Could not fault the food at all at any sitting. Always a good selection of both traditional and local cuisine and all the chefs on the food stations were on point and happy to serve you. Likewise the waiting staff - super quick to clean up and top up your glass.

The events team were great also. Can't be a game of pétanque or table tennis whilst on holiday :-)

Would I stay there again? Hell yeah!

Excellent location, staff very attentive, rooms kept to a high standard. Good choice of food but should have been served hotter, al la carte restaurant was superb. I you want a sun lounger by the main pool then you must be up before 7.00 to beat the sun lounger vultures. There are signs advising guests not to do so but they are ignored. The other negative for us was the fact that there was no smoking designated areas, therefore guests were smoking everywhere, by the pool, around the gardens and on the balcony next to our room, the only place we could get away from the smoke was inside witch was disappointing as we like to sit outside especially on holiday. A big thank you to Hayat who kept our room to a high standard also to Hicham who looked after us in the dining room and also to Hamed in the bar who kept out drinks topped up. Due the the negatives we would not return to this hotel.
