This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.

Second amazing stay!
This was our second stay at TUI Blue Medina Gardens in Marrakech, and it was every bit as fantastic as we remembered. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech, while still offering a peaceful place to relax. The food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is its incredible team. Every member of staff works tirelessly to ensure guests have the best possible experience, and they all deserve recognition for their hard work, friendliness, and professionalism. A special thank you to Marouane, Amine, Fatma, Samira and Lotfi in the restaurant, and Hamza, Karim, Badr, Hadjar, Ahmed, Fouad, Abderhmane, Houssam and Mohamed at the bar. Your genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and constant smiles made our holiday unforgettable.

Exceptional - had the BEST time
Our stay was amazing. Pick up from the airport was smooth, met by the Tui rep, a 20min drive to Medina Gardens. The resort is spotlessly clean, fabulous choice of food, Ismail kindly prepared fresh fish dishes for me. Plenty of sunbeds, two pools, day and evening entertainment was excellent, staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. Our room was spacious, clean with excellent A/C and bottled water replenished daily, which was needed in 45 degree heat. Would without reservation recommend this resort. Plenty of amazing excursions and the medina and souks only a 10min walk away, enjoy!

Amazing hotel in a great location
We stayed here for a week in June and I could have stayed longer.
Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and enjoyed Marrakech.
We had read previous reviews about certain rooms to avoid. At check in we were allocated one of the dreaded rooms!
Room 1221.
I raised my concerns to reception about the reviews and was reassured no noise after 11pm.
On our first night sitting on the balcony had a fantastic view of the entertainment and there was no noise after 11pm.
I found the negative review about room 1221 were a bit harsh and I would say it was absolutely fine. Unless you go to bed at 8pm.
I am gluten free. The head chef walked me through everything on the first day.
Everything is clearly labelled with dietary requirements. This included the à la carte restaurant who were well educated.
I always had plenty of choices and I was delighted with the food.
Drinks are amazing and the staff serving deserve special mention here. All fab.
Yes sun loungers around the main pool are reserved very early. However we did not find that a problem.
There are always sun loungers available throughout the gardens.
We hired the cabana beds with a fridge a couple of days and would highly recommend.
The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and a credit to the staff.
Location is amazing. To the left is the median. To the right takes you to the modern commercial area.
We will definitely return.

Hidden Gem
My husband and I have just returned from having another fabulous week at this hotel. We have been using this hotel for 10 years, we usually spend our time here over Christmas and New Year but have had the opportunity to return a few times this year already.
I would like to say the improvements made around the hotel are suttle but the new roof/covering over the Cullinarium was very welcome giving everyone who used it some protection in the 45 degree heat.
It was nice for us to attend on this occasion as we experienced the evening entertainment outside, live acts, pool parties and evening gala. Michael doing his MJ performance in an open space was fantastic. Amin introduced himself as part of entertainment team and made us very welcome.
Watching the staff celebrate when Morroco won at the football was fantastic it felt to me the whole hotel staff and guests just came together as one.
All staff respectful and polite a shout out to Ahmed, Hamza, Abdol. Korim, Mohamed x2 and Taha to name a few.
Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable as always.

we had fatimazhra and siham, first massage and they were incredible! we will be coming back definitely! made it so relaxing and comfortable, 100% recommend to anyone
