This hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech, and in the immediate vicinity of the Jemaa el-Fna Square which abounds with souks, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. Places of interest and landmarks are plentiful such as the El Badi Palace, Ourika Valley and the Jardin Majorelle. Visitors can also enjoy a relaxing drive in the local caleche, horse drawn carriages. Facilities include two outdoor pools, one is heated in winter, clay tennis court and a spa offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. There are three restaurants including one serving Indian food and two bars, one in the lobby and one by the pool. .The rooms are all spacious and attractively furnished in a contemporary style with Arabic details. They have balconies or terraces with pool or garden views, air-conditioning and satellite television. Some have whirlpool baths.

Great place to stay.
We have stayed in this hotel several times and it never disappoints. It’s in a fabulous location. The staff are wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. The food is great too! We’ll be back again for sure.
Excellent holiday
Excellent holiday. TUI rep, Zineb, was lovely. She was on hand to help with anything, including talking us through any experiences we wished to undertake. The hotel was very well maintained. Staff were friendly and always happy to help, especially the reception staff. I would like to mention Zahira in the restaurant who was very friendly and helpful. Her service was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned to perfection daily. We had no hot water one evening but this was sorted within half an hour of us reporting it. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel.
Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Found all staff helpful and friendly. Food and drinks all good. Travelled with a friend who has Coeliac and she was well catered for. Chef was happy to cook fresh pasta and pizza for her when asked as well. Found everything well labelled.
Both pools were a little chilly but could be down to it being October. Sunbeds scattered throughout the Gardens but often occupied. Sunbeds around the main pool are not allowed to be reserved before 8.30am and if left alone for more than an hour had towels removed, nice to see their policy was followed through with.
Room clean and bed huge. Not a lot of cupboard space though. Air con worked very well. Safe and towel pools all included in the price. Slippers and dressing gowns a nice touch. Fridge was kept topped up with 2 large bottles of water which was good. House cleaning came daily and did a good job.
Day trips booked through TUI at the hotel were well priced but not very well described. Marrakesh day city tour with lunch consisted of walking miles through the Souks with very little chance to browse and purchase souvenirs. The waterfall trip has over 600 steps down, going back up even for people with no mobility issues was hard. Half day camel trip was excellent, just the right amount of travelling there and the time on the camel.
Gardens were very interesting, housing a Tortoise section, herb garden and many different trees which are labelled.

Great Staff
We have just returned from a short break. The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are all friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful. The pools are lovely (if a bit cold). The food is good. I would just say that I think some rooms are due for an update. We had a shower that leaked and a door to the balcony that was very difficult to open. However, we still really enjoyed our trip. The hotel is very well positioned and an oasis of calm after exploring.

Great hotel with amazing food, friendly staff
This was our second time of visiting and again we were impressed with this lovely hotel. It’s an oasis and very relaxing. Food was great and staff cannot do enough for you. Staff member Karian was exceptional.
