The hotel, which opened in 2008, combines a traditional setting with the most modern installations. It has 260 rooms distributed in 13 Ryads, all of which offer wonderful views of the garden or the 1,200 m² swimming pool area or the Atlas Mountain. The hotel, with its 5 meeting rooms, is also the perfect venue for congresses and conventions. The lounge bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a drink in a relaxing atmosphere with live music. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club. All the roomes come with an en suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, hairdryer, a complimentary assortment of amenities, a minibar, TV, individually regulated air conditioning, an in-room safe, telephone and a terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool or gardens. The hotel has 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, a soccer field, a field for playing petanca or French bowls, and several ping-pong tables. The hotel has a 1,200 m² spa, which offers a variety of beauty and health care treatments. The Darkoum restaurant offers an international buffet with a sumptuous array of all kinds of dishes. *Sauna, hammam and massages have an extra cost.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star resort, but based on our experience, it is 2-star at best. The property was run-down, dirty, and clearly in need of significant maintenance.
The staff were unhelpful and, at times, quite rude. If you don’t speak French, it feels as though you are simply ignored, which made the experience even more frustrating.
The check-in process was another major issue. Despite the stated check-in times, they were not followed, leaving us waiting after an early-morning flight when we were already exhausted.
Overall, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, customer service, and organisation were nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star resort. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Lacking in senior management professionalism not child friendly
Lacking in senior management professionalism..... shame ruined our holiday. My two year old dared to eat cake by the pool a member of staff (later introduced himself as the general manager!) Grabbed my son by his life vest and tried to take the cake from him as he said its against the riles to eat by the pool! I told the man to stop and took my child to safety. The man followed us bringing his staff with him laying down the law he scared my child made my son cry and later denied the incident! I hope his boss reads this! The staff seem scared of him. I found him to be a true unpleasant,u professional cowardly bully. Holiday makers beware of this horrible man........
Terrible
⭐ Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our family holiday was ruined by poor cleanliness, spiders, a broken bed, and a blocked sink and shower, spiders. We reported everything to staff and management several times, but they were rude and unhelpful. Instead of relaxing, we experienced a lot of stress. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.
Wonderful Hotel would 100% recommend
We have just finished our 10 night stay here at the Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa hotel. We had an amazing stay and made so many great memories. All the staff on site were extremely pleasant and attentive including both the bar staff at the terrace and the pool, the restaurant staff, cleaners and especially the entertainment team who really drive the experience in the hotel.
The entertainment in the hotel was very enjoyable as there’s almost always something on for you to enjoy and the entertainment team encourage you to get involved without being too persistent.
The food in the restaurant was lovely and the meal variety was great compared to other all inclusives I’ve been to, the crazy lines and plenty of food so no one misses out regardless of when they decide to have their meal.
This hotel is definitely somewhere I would come back to when visiting Marrakesh again.
Perfect experience
We had a fantastic time in Marrakech Parc and Spa hotel. It is amazing ace for holidays. Very chilled. The animation team very friendly and funy. Big rooms with aircon. Swimming pool very refreshing. Food was delicious! We could try all Moroccan specials. It is 30 min drive from the city centre but the bus is available from the hotel. We will comeback on day.
