The hotel, which opened in 2008, combines a traditional setting with the most modern installations. It has 260 rooms distributed in 13 Ryads, all of which offer wonderful views of the garden or the 1,200 m² swimming pool area or the Atlas Mountain. The hotel, with its 5 meeting rooms, is also the perfect venue for congresses and conventions. The lounge bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a drink in a relaxing atmosphere with live music. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club. All the roomes come with an en suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, hairdryer, a complimentary assortment of amenities, a minibar, TV, individually regulated air conditioning, an in-room safe, telephone and a terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool or gardens. The hotel has 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, a soccer field, a field for playing petanca or French bowls, and several ping-pong tables. The hotel has a 1,200 m² spa, which offers a variety of beauty and health care treatments. The Darkoum restaurant offers an international buffet with a sumptuous array of all kinds of dishes. *Sauna, hammam and massages have an extra cost.

We love Morocco
We had an amazing stay. Rooms lovely, spacious, very clean. Most staff were so friendly. Pool area amazing, (however millions of wasps but from people leaving dirty cups). Snack bar was awful but main restaurant decent, obviously gets repetitive but always the case with all inclusive. We would definitely return
Brilliant Hotel
Stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was an amazing stay. Check in was very quick and we were allocated a room in ryad six on the ground floor. The reception team were very helpful and professional whenever we spoke with them.
Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and also had a great air conditioning unit which was very welcome.
Pool area was excellent with a large swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a good selection of day time activities arranged by the animation team if you would like to take part. Drinks available from the pool bar as well as the main bar during the day.
Snack bar was OK and is situated next to the pool. Things like wraps, burgers, chicken fillets, chips and salad available. We did not bother with the main restaurant at lunch time although we did on an evening time. We found the quality of the food to be excellent with lots of choices available. They even had gravy available on two of the nights and it was lovely.
All of the bar and restaurant staff in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember all of their names unfortunately but Karim who works on the main bar during the day was excellent. The animation team were also great but again I cannot remember all of their names other than Zach who always took time to speak with us.
The entertainment on a night time was pretty good with the main show starting at 930pm although there is a "quiz like" programme which starts at around 8pm / 830pm.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel so I am a bit puzzled by some of the negative reviews. I would 100% come to this hotel again in the future.

Not a 4 star hotel refused to stay
We arrived at this hotel and it was too early to check in. This wasn't an issue as we were told we could use the facilities. We want to get a drink from the bar. All there was on offer was beer, vodka, gin or whisky. There was some cocktails but these were premixed and very sweet and undrinkable. We decided to have a look at the restaurants. Snack bar had birds in eating food directly from the trays. The staff made no attempt to stop this. We went into the main restaurant and no food was labelled and didn't look at all appealing. So we just went to get a soft drink. This was flat and syrupy. It was at this point we decided we didn't want to stay here as we have only been here and hour and we're already unhappy and this is before we've seen our rooms. The loveholiday rep (well how he described himself when trying to promote trips) was not interested and offered no help. However the hotel manager was amazing and helped he even recommended a different hotel. My only advise is this is not a 4 star hotel and there is a lot better hotels for a similar price. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is their manager id excellent and dealt with the situation extremely well.

Please do the quad biking the staff will facilitate this for you
Cleanliness 10/10 Shop is pretty expensive but it is what it is
Also please Go to be markets Pool was just lovely Plenty Sun loungers Proper Hidden gem, and my new go to Reception staff are very helpful especially Abdul big shout out to him

This place is loud!
This place is loud! You have 3 hours a day where you can chill by the pool (between 12 and 3) for the rest of it the animation team are blasting mainly Arabic House / Garage music at you. Want to listen to your own music, have a snooze, read your book? Forget it! T he volume is relentless. You cannot escape it, even in your room if you decide you want an afternoon nap! The food is ok, the staff are friendly, but do not expect peace and quiet, do not come here to chill!
