Such a cool hostel! The people are so nice and helpful! They went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed! Helped us with day trips and gave us advice on what to do and where to go. If you are coming to Marrakech I would recommend staying here!
My son came to Marrakesh and lost his passport. When he arrived at the Hotel Majorelle, he was met by Mr. Noureddine, who took care of him and helped him with everything. From following him to the police station to withdrawing money. He arranged a private driver to drive my son back and forth to the embassy in Rabat. Mr. Noureddine is an incredibly kind, compassionate, caring man who takes care of his guests in the best possible way. Throughout my son's stay, Mr. Noureddine was in contact with me and assured me that everything was ok. Such a nice person is hard to find. I wish Mr. Noureddine the very best in life and I thank him very much for his big heart and empathy. My son was incredibly happy and satisfied with his stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to all of you who planned to visit Marrakesh. God blessed him.
After reading many reviews, it seems that guests should really reconsider staying at this hotel. It’s no surprise that we had the experience that we had. AVOID this hotel at all costs and enjoy your stay at another place.
We parked on the street next to this hotel while visiting an office nearby. There were no signs, curb markings, or indications that parking was not allowed. A public parking attendant saw us park and said nothing. After just over an hour, we returned to find the hotel had called the police and we were forced to pay a parking fine.
We explained that there was no clear signage, the garage door was closed with no indication it was an active parking entrance, other vehicles were parked similarly nearby, and no hotel attendant was present when we arrived. Even the lowered curb areas were not clearly marked and had other vehicles parked in front of them. Standard red-and-white no-parking markings were completely absent. A white marker appeared near the door only AFTER we returned.
Despite witnesses and a strong case, one traffic officer refused to review any evidence and fined us anyway. It felt unfair and unprofessional.
Be very cautious with this hotel. Instead of clearly marking their parking area, they penalize unsuspecting drivers. I would not recommend staying here and suggest choosing a hotel with clearer signage and more integrity. The hotel staff named TAHA was extremely rude, unprofessional and inhospitable! Seems he is the reoccurring problem in reception according to hotel guest reviews. Beware!
The rooms are a good size with a full bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony which is nice for som fresh air. I would recommend you as did a room at the back as it is on a main road and is a little noisy.
Comfy bed and nice staff
Lovely large airy room with comfy bed and balcony. Great breakfast with croissants , eggs etc & good coffee. Staff here are lovely. They helped me so much and a lovely man helped me cross the busy manic main road to reach an atm to get cash. I only stayed one night but it was fab
