This hotel is set in the Kasbah Quarter of Marrakech. The hotel is set close to many of the city's most intriguing sites, including the Royal Palace and the Djemaa el Fna. Menara Airport is conveniently located just 3 km away. The hotel boasts a spectacular setting, boasting a stunning backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel showcases sleek, stylish culture and history, and is sure to impress. Is considered to be one of the most authentic riads in the city. Occupying a 19th-century residence, the hotel showcases typical Moroccan architecture, combined with 21st-century conveniences. This luxurious hotel tempts visitors with the promise of unrivalled style and comfort. The guest rooms are stunningly designed, offering a wonderful setting in which to completely unwind. Guests will be impressed by the extensive range of first-class facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.
This is a great Riad in the Madina - a little secret get away from the business of the streets outside. Location wise it was perfect - in the quieter area of the marina known as the Kasbah it is in spitting distance of the Tombs Badi Palace and easily walkable to the main central souks. the hotel itself is really lovely - not too big and sprawling like some resorts, a more personal touch. The staff are faultless and simply can't do enough for the guests and work tirelessly. My husband has a sever nut allergy - all nuts - and eating when travelling in North Africa is a challenge - the restaurant staff were so attentive in ensuring that the food was staff, it was hugely reassuring. I wish I had taken the time to take names as there was a waiter who worked each of the nights we were there and his care and general attitude was par excellence and I would like to have given him a shout out. (if the hotel is reading this - the waiter in question served on Monday and Tuesday evenings and was also there on poolside Thursday afternoon). The pool is lovely - a tranquil retreat from the heat of the day. food wise the menu has many options and we found the food good. breakfast is lovely spread of many different options. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel. Only small niggle was a mis communication at the end of our stay about the cost of booking a late check out, the young man on reception Akrim (I may have his name wrong) was incredibly sweet and helpful - a masterclass in customer care - shame that his manager didn't quite share the same approach, but overall it took the shine off a little of what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting Marrakesh another time.
Don’t hesitate to book, this Riad is beautiful. It’s a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the souks yet only a 15 min walk away. The gardens are lush with little cubby holes of shade and a lovely pool to cool down in Rooms are beautiful, very traditional and with little touches like a beach bag, hats to take to the pool Birds Twitter all day and some resident tortoises to making this Riad so tranquil. All staff have been very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant has a great selection of local, international and vegetarian cuisine and everything we had was incredibly nice. All in all this Riad I’d say is the best I’ve stayed in Marrakesh and I’ve been here about 6 times Book it if you are considering it
Perfect setting for a hotel amongst the busy city of Marrakesh.
We stayed 4 nights which was just enough to explore the city. Visited the Souks and purchased some great gifts.
A gem behind a door which opens up to a beautiful setting of a hotel. Well appointed rooms around a very clean pool with parasols and an area for shade as the sun is very hot!
Breakfast and dinner enjoyed on the patio area predominantly in the shade.
Excellent breakfast choice with omelette/pancakes cooked on request. Staff very polite, attentive and helpful.
Bottled water given each day, with a room attendant who sprayed your pillow with a choice of fragrance and a chocolate/nut treat.
Views on the top terrace of The Koutoubia Mosque Marrakesh in the distance.
We had a booked balloon trip which was incredible. Very well organised and good communication with the company with regard to pick up. Booked from UK with agent through Attraction World. Our balloon was in the air longer than other balloons, plus we opted for a video and photos too whilst in the air.
A truly memory experience.
The hotel staff were very helpful as I left my sun hat on transfer to the mountains. They kept my hat and gave it to the local tour operator. This was then retuned to me on our way to Agadir
We would stay at this hotel if we were returning to Marrakesh.
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. What a lovely surprise behind the gate in this busy city. We had a wonderful room that overlooked the pool. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly smiles and great service. The hotel was beautiful, awesome landscaping that made it comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was peaceful and quiet from the hectic city outside the walls of this hotel. The buffet breakfast was spectacular and the dinners were had in the restaurant was traditional Moroccan food or international. The options were welcomed and the food was top notch. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in while in Morocco and I would highly recommend it. Enjoy!
An exceptional experience from beginning to end. Super relaxing both in terms of rooms, poolside and spa, as well as location. This is a real haven from the busy city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also benefited from its beautiful gardens and a great restaurant. This is hotel is suited to couples and families, but older children (teenagers) as the pool is not set up for inflatables and games. Its a relax, sunbathe, read type place. You will be completely chilled at the end of your stay here.
