The hotel is located just a few steps away from the bustling city centre where guests can explore the colourful delights of the Medina and Jemaa El Fna Square. The hotel enjoys an air of grandeur and splendour, from its heritage setting and stunning architectural design. Guests are immersed in the rich culture and charm of the surroundings which feature in every aspect of the hotel's decor. The guest rooms are sumptuously appointed, welcoming visitors into the lap of luxury. The hotel affords guests a delightful array of exemplary facilities which will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning traveller.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The worst hotel in Marrakesh/ they didn’t even care
Our experience with Les Jardins de la Koutoubia was extremely disappointing.
We never even made it into the hotel.
The streets leading to the hotel were closed to vehicles, making it impossible to unload our luggage directly at the entrance. While trying to reach the hotel on foot with our bags, we were robbed. It was a frightening experience, and we genuinely felt unsafe.
Given what had just happened, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel and decided not to check in. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to provide any refund, even though we never entered the property or used any of its facilities.
To make matters even more disappointing, Expedia also contacted the hotel on our behalf to request a refund, but the hotel still refused to show any flexibility or compassion despite the circumstances. We found this response extremely disappointing, especially considering we had just experienced a robbery before even reaching the hotel.
If you are travelling with luggage, especially for the first time in Marrakech, be aware that vehicle access can be very limited. We strongly encourage the hotel to clearly inform guests before arrival about the road closures, limited vehicle access, and the need to walk with luggage through busy public areas so guests can make informed decisions and take appropriate precautions.
Unfortunately, because of our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of the difficult access, the unsafe situation we encountered before reaching the property, and the complete lack of compassion or flexibility afterward made this one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had.
Tranquility and peace within the bustling Marrakech city
This hotel has everything. The morrocan themed hotel has lots of character and is positioned very well within Marrakech. Our room was a suite and I would not change anything about it. The service from arrival to the end has been very attentive with nothing an issue. The 2 swimming pools are very peaceful to relax after visiting the souks. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but this was filled with fresh fruit and everything you would require for breakfast, it also has an omelette and pancake station.

Luxury, Stunning, perfectly situated
Just wow. Upon arrival while we were waiting we received Morrocan tea and pastries. The concierge were so helpful, arranging us a tour of the souks to telling us how much we should be paying for a taxi. The breakfast, food and drinks were fantastic. Both rooftop and the main pool always had space for us. The hotel is literally situated in the dried fruit and nuts part of the medina. A 5 minute walk to the main square, it could not be better situated. I simply cannot wait to come back here again.

Wonder place to stay!
This hotel was wonderful! Beautiful, well appointed rooms. The spa and indoor pool looked great although I didn’t use them. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff. Excellent location. Lots of nooks to hang out in to relax. Even a pool table. I loved the bathroom and all its amenities. We had laundry done and that went well. I would love to stay here again.

An oasis of serenity in the medina
…And breathe! Such a wonderful place to stay inside the medina, with tranquility found the moment you step through the weathered wooden entrance. The gardens are so soothing, with bird song blending with the mellifluous strains of traditional Moroccan music. Each room is beautifully decorated, but if you can afford to, upgrade to the Sultana rooms which boast vast private terraces. My only recommendation would be to review the breakfast offering, which I felt was a little limited & repetitive. Other than that, I honestly can’t wait to return to this sanctuary.
