Le Riad Monceau

We had a great time in Riad Monceau. It is very well managed by soufian. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I stayed at Riad Monceau in May, 2026. We had a wonderful vacation thanks to the wonderful staff at the Riad.

Everyone at the Riad was great. From the concierge, Soufiane to housekeeping staff to the wait staff to the bell hops, all were fantastic. We couldn’t ask for a more helpful and professional staff. Our every need was fulfilled.

Soufiane scheduled several meals and excursions prior to our arrival and set up all transportation to the events, alleviating the need for us to deal with these chores so we could concentrate solely on having fun.

The Riad was beautiful. Kept in great condition by the hard working staff. Meals were very good and the wait staff attended to our every need.

The Riad was romantic and beautiful. Nightly music, beautiful atmosphere, and lively bars kept us entertained. We had a great time!

We will stay there every time we visit Marrakech!

This riad perfectly captures the elegance, warmth, and authenticity of Marrakech while delivering a level of service that rivals the finest luxury hotels. Most importantly, it felt like home.

A very special thank you to Sofiane, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to every need we had made all the difference. He has truly mastered the art of hospitality, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Whether it was arranging a wonderful massage, organizing transportation whenever we needed it, or simply making sure everything was perfect, he consistently went above and beyond. His warmth and attentiveness made our stay unforgettable.

The entire team reflects the same commitment to excellence, providing customer service that is simply outstanding. A special thank you as well to Mohamed for helping us secure last-minute reservations at the riad's exceptional restaurant.

The food deserves its own recognition. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Some of our favorites were the chicken samosas, the gambas, the lamb, and the couscous—all absolutely outstanding. Breakfast, which is included, is generous and delicious, offering a perfect blend of European and Moroccan specialties to start the day.

What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail. From the immaculate rooms and serene atmosphere to the thoughtful personal touches throughout our stay, everything was executed with care and precision. It's rare to find a place where every aspect of the guest experience feels so carefully curated.

During our week-long stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing two beautiful accommodations. The Pasha Suite, complete with its own private plunge pool/jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace, was luxurious and incredibly relaxing. We also stayed in the Sinbad room, which features a lovely private terrace surrounded by lush greenery—a peaceful oasis in the heart of the medina.

The entertainment is another highlight. Whether you're a fan of jazz, R&B, or timeless classics, the live music creates a magical atmosphere that makes every evening memorable.

We completely fell in love with Riad Monceau. It is one of those rare places that combines authentic Moroccan charm, refined elegance, exceptional cuisine, and genuinely heartfelt hospitality. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will return without a moment's hesitation. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable!
