Nice hotel with a bad service First when I checked in the room wasn’t clean the mini bar not working the Tv not working as well (Being in June and the mini bar it is not working this is a disaster) and on the night you the bathroom start to get plein of small Cockroaches I complained about that the first time they told they gonna fix it or change the room but they didn’t fix it and even change my room . Just one girl from the housekeeping was king came and ask me about all the things not clean so she cleaned them When I talk to the reception for the second time about my problems he didn’t give time to the subject even (okey I’ll send someone to fix) but no one was sending for the second time And always there is water on the ground that you don’t from where come Baad wifi The guy on breakfast kind and helpful And also the guy working in the restaurant when I complained he came with me to my room trying find a solution but he couldn’t because it’s not his job but at least he tried
Nice hotel you pay for what you get.
Location and stuff very good. No mutch at hotel to do however you enjoy outside so many things to do........... Stuff very helpful.

Spend a little more, don’t stay at the Oudaya
Don’t stay here, spend a little extra to stay somewhere else. The rooms are very dated and in need of repairs, the pillows are rock hard and there were no mattress protectors on the beds. The toilet was just perched on top of the toilet and I wouldn’t know where to start on the bath. The breakfast is very limited, only 2 cereal and 1 plain yogurt. The staff really let the place down, the only staff to smile while we were there was the housekeeper and the doorman.

Great location
Great location, calm and welcoming atmosphere, big room and big bed, good value for money
Great stay, attentive and helpful but needs working on the maintenance
Me and my partner have recently visited this hotel after winning Marrakesh with a Wowcher mystery holiday. We had nothing but a great experience. The hotel staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was lovely with working AC and fresh clean towels everyday. The pool was clean and our breakfast was great. The man who cooked our fresh omelette again was so attentive. Only downside was the maintenance of the hotel. A few draws had missing handles, grime and rust in the bathroom, broken recliner chairs around the pool. However this did not affect our stay and something minor like this does not matter to us. Our last day was the day of Eid which me and my partner was unaware of. But the hotel staff were so friendly helpful with telling us how we can get to the airport etc. Along with just a friendly chat. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again for our stay ☺️
