Absolutely one of the most wonderful hotel stays ever! Everything about La Sultana so far exceeded any expectations that each day was one delight after another.
The hotel is just the right size , large enough to not feel alone but small enough that everyone knew your name.
The rooms are out of a romantic dream. Impeccably decorated and immaculately kept. The staff was helpful in every way: suggesting wonderful knowledgeable guides, drivers and experiences. The meals were delightful and generous, we actually only ate outside the hotel once or twice because it was so delicious. Roof top bar… live entertainment at night , beautiful sunset, excellent cocktails… My husband and I enjoyed the ritual bath and spa treatments. Such a wonderful relaxing trip. I know that there are many beautiful Riads in Marrakech but the La Sultana is not only stunningly beautiful but offers such kind and dedicated service that it made our trip truly unforgettable!

Amazing experience in the heart of Marrakech
Wow. Our experience at La Sultana was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and so unique, we felt like royalty staying in an ancient palace. The rooms are well appointed. The housekeeping staff took such detail in cleaning our room (multiple visits per day). The restaurant and bar staff were so attentive, no request was too much and every interaction was over the top filled with joy and excitement that we were there. Breakfast was so good, as was lunch and dinner. Abdullah was our concierge, helping us to craft four days of unique experiences that my entire family enjoyed. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Definitely a repeat for us!

A truly special place in the heart of Marrakech
Our stay at La Sultana Marrakech was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated not only by the impeccable service, but by the extraordinary sense of history and beauty that surrounds you everywhere.
The architecture is breathtaking. Every courtyard, carved detail, tile, piece of woodwork and decorative element seems to tell a story. What fascinated us most was discovering the craftsmanship behind it all and realizing how the work of local artisans, techniques and traditions developed over centuries have been preserved throughout the property.
La Sultana is much more than a beautiful hotel. It feels like a living part of Marrakech's heritage, where history, architecture and Moroccan craftsmanship come together in a very special way.
And behind all this beauty are the people. The team was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay, always making us feel cared for without ever being intrusive.
We left completely enchanted. A memorable experience and one of those rare hotels that allows you to feel the soul of a destination while enjoying exceptional hospitality.
We would return without hesitation.
Traditional Hammam Experience
We just had a traditional hammam experience at the La Sultana. OMG the building is an experience just by itself. We could have had this treatment at our hotel but chose an authentic venue as wanted a traditional treatment. The ladies carrying out the treatment were very professional. All the staff at the hotel showed my family and I the best of hospitality and welcome. Anyone visiting Marrakesh and wanting a hammam experience should definitely book the La Sultana.
