Traditional Hammam Experience
We just had a traditional hammam experience at the La Sultana. OMG the building is an experience just by itself. We could have had this treatment at our hotel but chose an authentic venue as wanted a traditional treatment. The ladies carrying out the treatment were very professional. All the staff at the hotel showed my family and I the best of hospitality and welcome. Anyone visiting Marrakesh and wanting a hammam experience should definitely book the La Sultana.

Highlight of Marrakesh
Superb Riad in the Medina. The riad has beautiful designs in each of the sections. We were upgraded to the Rhino room. Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet too. The bathroom has 2 vanities plus tub and walk in shower covered in marble. While the room and design of the hotel were fabulous the service was equally so. The service was warm, professional and always eager to accomodate requests. They helped us with dining reservations and just in general providing advice on what to see and where to go. We both agreed while seeing much of the attractions in Marrakesh from the palaces to some of the more grand hotels, the highlight for us was as much just staying at La Sultana to experience its architecture, style and warmth of its people. We were always happy at the end of hectic days visiting the sites, to return to the riad for calmness and restoration.

Magical experience with incredible service
One of the most special hotels we have ever visited. The whole staff team were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. A particular thank you to our concierge, Abdullah, along with Xavier and Saida--and both the kitchen team and the waiting staff for the delicious cake they made for my birthday and for decorating the table with rose petals.
So much effort at every moment to make sure our stay was perfect. One time they arranged for a four-person table at a rooftop restaurant that's notoriously difficult to book at very short notice. Another time I really wanted to go on a perfume course for my birthday and not only did they arrange for the (fully-booked) course I wanted, but in fact they found a different, better and cheaper course at the same time which they recommended, and which ended up utterly marvellous.
Special mention to the architecture itself, which was unbelievably beautiful; the hotel was made out of four different riadhs put together, and each one had its own distinctive style. Upon arrival we discovered one of our rooms had been very kindly upgraded to a suite. The standard room was elegantly decorated and incredibly comfortable, but the suite was a whole different level of luxurious, with a small mezzanine level, a jacuzzi bath, a lovely mix of classical and Moroccan style in the columns and the dark wood panels. And also very nice to be inside the Medina--so much better than staying outside the city walls!
Beyond magical. Thank you so much for a perfect stay--we hope to be back, and soon!
Fabulous Stay at La Sultana
We stayed at the hotel for my husbands 40th birthday, and was looking for a real authentic but luxury stay in Marrakech. La Sultana certainly delivered! Before arriving at the hotel Abdullah, the experience creator, was fantastic advising and guiding us to the best restaurants and experiences. On arrival we was blown away by the hotel and immediately felt like we had arrived in Marrakech. The hotel is made up of 5 riads all with different style and interiors. Breakfast was in the most beautiful setting by the hotel pool, so very peaceful, and a fabulous menu to choose hot and cold dishes. I highly recommend relaxation on the rooftop after a day of exploring, take a dip in the plunge pool, order a cocktail and a bite to eat; we opted for a Ceaser Salad, Chilli Bowl which was delicious. The hotel is located in the best spot for walking into the Medina, it took us around 10 minutes to walk into the main square for shopping and exploring the souks. Huge shout out to all the staff at La Sultana for making us feel very welcome and gave us such a memorable stay for all the right reasons! We would love to come back to La Sultana.
