Amazing Experience At Ksar Anika
Just back from 4 nights at the Ksar Anika Riaad. From the moment we arrived to the farewell, the level of service was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, a special mention to Sipham and Oussama.
Rooms were always spotless, courtyard and swimming pool so relaxing with the orange blossom aroma and music playing during the day.
Breakfast was prepared freshly everyday with everything produced on-site. Attention to detail, presentation and taste was terrific. More akin to a very good 5* hotel.
I would go as far as saying the level of service provided was better than a 5* hotel since it was much more personal since only limited number of guests can stay at anyone time.
The Riaad is situated a 5 minute walk away from the spice shop market area and around 10-15 minute walk to the main square. The walk enables you to see the more traditional local Marrakesh rather than the more Westernised side. It is definitely an eye opener if you have not experienced this environment before. So again I would say this is a good benefit of staying here, rather than in the centre by the main square.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending and when we return to Marrakesh would return for another stay at the beautiful and welcoming Ksar Anika.

A lovely relaxing stay
We spent 5 nights here at the end of May - had an amazing stay. The staff were all wonderful - really helpful and friendly. The Riad itself is beautiful, with so many little places to sit and relax. Staff were happy to bring tea or coffee over on request, and the afternoon snacks were delicious. Breakfast was also delicious, with a range of Moroccan dishes as well as eggs cooked to order, hot drinks and freshly made orange juice. The swimming pool was a lovely way to cool down after a morning walking around the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, with plenty of towels, and the wi-fi was great. The toiletries were also really good - and we were given some samples to take away with us on leaving (they also packed us some snacks to take to the airport with us). Only slight downside was noise from outside (road), however this didn't spoil our stay at all, and is out of the property's control. The location is just a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions - we loved exploring the local area. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing base whilst exploring Marrakesh.
Memorable stay/trip
The location was extremely close to medina but far enough from the busyness. Rooms were palatial and experience memorable. Siham was extremely accommodating in help with the stay, booking restaurants, planning the trips and making sure everything went as smoothly possible. Thank you Anika and Siham!

Excellent stay at the Ksar Anika
My daughter (22) and I had a marvellous week here enjoying the warmest welcome and the beautiful setting of the Riad. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and it was so quiet. Lots of lovely little extras, the mint tea and personal welcome, and the packed lunch when we left, made this feel like a home from home. Lovely roof terrace with great views and swifts flying in the evening. We dined at the restaurant a few nights and the food was great. Room was cool and quiet and everthing was spotlessly clean. Just a few minutes from the souks and walkable to most attractions and restaurants, could not wish for a better base for our stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at Ksar Anika, we spent 3 nights in this exquisite place. When we arrived we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and snacks. We were talked though the map and places to visit, advice on restaurants. Every interaction we had with staff was so positive. The room was stunning, natural argan shampoo, conditioner and body wash were ready for us in our bathroom and filled the room with the most beautiful scent! I found out that my best friend had passed the morning of my flight and every experience and encounter I had here made me feel comfortable and I was able to enjoy myself, I enjoyed looking at all of their plants too so much. I am not sure if I could have done that in another place. Thank you to Ksar Anika for taking care of me in the best way for those 3 days xx
